We have been getting take out nearly once a week from Loung Sing for about a year. My over-all impression is that they are inconsistent. Their food usually tastes quite good, but you never know exactly what it will be like from week to week. For instance: we like spicy Hong Kong style chicken. Some weeks, there is so little spice that you wouldn't even know it was supposed to be spicy (instead it just tastes like onions); sometimes they get it just the way we asked for it to be; other times, the spice is so extreme that we can't eat more than a couple pieces in a meal, and it burns our lips and mouths (and we really like spice, so it is very rare for us to say something is "too spicy"). Sometimes they have the meal ready and waiting when you go to pick it up, and other times you have to wait over half an hour for it to be ready. They change the extra ingredients in rice dishes, and egg rolls based (I assume) on what veggies happen to be on sale in the grocery store that week. Sometimes they put a lot of fortune cookies and sauces in the bag, and other times there are hardly any. So, to sum up, you can always get a tasty meal at Loung Sing, but just don't expect the same dishes to taste exactly the same the next time you go, because they won't.
