We stayed here for 2 days, 2 nights @ Cottage room with forest view. The room was excellent, the forest view wasn't much as expected as they have barricaded it with a fencing and one can hardly see any forest actually. But the overall ambiance there was nice and it felt great to sit out at night time with a cup of coffee. What I liked more was the location of the hotel, which is quite convenient to roam around Mahabaleshwar. You have Kate's Point at one side (from where there is a short cut to Arthur Seat and other famous points, you don't have to go through the town), at other side you have Lingmala falls, Wilson Point & Bombay Point. Then, you head towards the town and that route takes you further to Pratapgadh. If you head south, you can go to Tapola (mini kashmir). If you head east, you have Mapro Garden at 10 min distance.
Hotel staff is quite receptive, good food (vegetarian) at the restaurant, ample parking space, good cleanliness, prompt service.More
