Hard to find (down a back alley and some steps to a back door) but the best bet in Corte. Vaulted cellar, full to bursting (had to wait at the bar for 20 minutes or so). Food is copious and authentic, wines ok, and a weird and wonderful selection of complementary liqueurs to close.
