Pierrette, the owner of the hostel we stayed at Trèbes, recommended us this moroccan restaurant. Just beside the main road that crosses the town, beside the bridge over the Canal du Midi and a few meters from the church there is this very small restaurant; just 4 or 5 tables... we tried the cous-cous and it was ... excellent! We where happy for the choice; eated good food and experienced a new taste. Excellent decoration, charming restaurant and very good food and service.
