Work walking around the outdoor cloisters and seeing the ruined remnants of stone carvings at the hear of the Cathedral. It is a small but plain Cathedral which felt almost like a large church and not very grand. It is worth looking at it if you are in the town for the day.

Difficult to find a parking spot but worth the trouble. Cathedral was constructed up of red rock which gives it a really different appearance from Paris, Rouen, etc. cathedrals.

Almost completely rebuilt after the Second World War, based upon the three photos displayed near the entrance. The Cathedral has no redeeming feature to encourage a second visit.

Cathedral well signposted off the by-pass, but when into the fringes of the town there were no signposts. Spent quater hour driving around the town centre till we spotted another small signpost on one corner of the central crossroad. Ample off street parking but this was early in the morning. Cathedral was not as ancient as we thought, but it has 14th Century origins. It was not open so we had breakfast and went on our way to a prettier village church nearby at St Nicholas de Port.
