“An excellent find!”
Reviewed 17 September 2013

After a long days drive my wife and I were very pleased with the friendly greeting we received, we were shown to our room which was very bright, clean and tidy. the bathroom was smart with nice towels and a good shower.

We were shown the shortcut to walk to the restaurants and had a great meal at a small creperie just up from the police station (Le Casa Del Sol), the staff were lovley there too.

If you turn right out of the village centre car park, you travel about 100 yards and then turn a sharp left, doubling back on yourself, follow the road to the end and turn right and you are ther 3 mins in all. (The road it is on was new and not on my the car sat nav).

Will certainly stay again when we return to the area, the breakfast was an added bonus.

We stayed two nights here in June.
This hotel is conveniently located just behind the main street in town, amongst vineyards, which gives it a lovely country-feeling. Pleasant, english-speaking staff, ample free parking, clean and fairly spacious rooms. Good beds and simple furniture. Good breakfast. Quiet setting. Within walking distance of restaurants. It is a rather new place, and not medieval at all.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Would we come back: yes.

This is a good standard hotel if you're travelling through the area for a night or two. Don't be fooled by the name this is not medieval at all - new build. The rooms are spars but functional, beds were nice also. TV a tad on the small side but with the wonderful town it's not a problem.

Stayed here a total of five nights in June 2012. The rooms are very clean, bright, and spacious. Breakfast that came with the room is more than adequate.

The small property, which sits at the back of the vineyard, has a patio as well where my friends and I would sometimes wine and dine on food bought from the market and the boulangerie in le Thoronet.

Everything in le Thoronet is within walking/cycling distance. There are many restaurants and brasseries to choose from as well.

The staff (especially Monika) was very helpful, in particular with helping us find the elusive lavender fields.

There is a place next to hotel property where you can buy local wine. There are more than a dozen vineyards in the outlying area as well.
