“Great!!!!!”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

After coming on tripadvisor to see what the reviews were for this place i was horrified and i didn't want to go on holiday and i think its awful to make someone feel like that, when i arrived at 1am i was greeted by a lovely man who happily showed us to our rooms as we were meant to have one but there was a mistake for a night but it was sorted by the morning.
The pool is very clean and even though some of the sunbeds are broken there is loads of space and you will never struggle to go one.
At night the bar is a little busy but you just have to be patient and not push in like some of the ignorant people who stayed there...
The food is good but i didn't eat any meat as on holidays i am always weary of meat. All i can say is there is some very greedy guests and you need to get your food quickly or they will get it before you. Its like 'Eat or be eaten' at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The staff are very helpful and the bar people are very pleasant i could not fault them!
The rooms are spacey and are cleaned daily, the maids do a good job.

In all i had a great stay and did not want to leave.

Room Tip: 102 is a big room, ground floor are good rooms to have.

I stayed here for a week and barely survived. The food is disgusting and often unidentifiable and either pink or grey. However the heinz soup is good.

The rooms are awful you are given dirty towels and sheets if you are actually given any during your stay. We were lucky enough to have cockroaches on our last night.

The staff don't care about you and your complaints are met with excuses like " tomorrow" or "not possible".

Nothing comes with the room so be prepared to pay 7 euros per day for air con and 20 euros a day for a hairdryer !!.

There is no wifi so don't get your hopes up. You can pay to use the computers at reception.

Its not 800m from the beach and if you are lucky to get a sit on the coach hold on for dear life.

There is nothing to do at the hotel and as you are in the middle of no where you can get a little bored but the buses into town are really cheap and you can have a great day out. Defiantly go to water park !!!!!

All - inclusive think again the "snack bar" is breakfast's left overs so if you like hard cake your in for a treat, the drinks are flat and cocktails only start at 6pm but be prepared to queue. Actually no in this hotel queues so "eat or be eaten" was the phrase said to me by a Swedish lady.

The sunbeds are broken or worn but the pool itself is nice.

Id defiantly recommended going to a little restaurant called George's its about 15 minutes from the hotel, and he does the most amazing food and drink, its a little expensive but defiantly worth it.

Don't waste your time or money staying at this hotel, had it not been for the people i was with or the people I met the "holiday" would've been an even bigger disaster.

Room Tip: Just do not go to this hotel you will regret it.

Never have i experienced anything like this ''holiday''. Please dont go here.
You are literally in the middle of nowere for one, their all inclusive basically is warm beer, flat drinks and vile wine. no pool snacks, pools dirty, the food in the 'restaurant' is absolutely disgusting and me and my partner have had food poisoning for most of the holiday as its not cooked its freezing cold and basically you complain and nothing gets done about it they just laugh at you and say they dont cater for the english. but there okay taking you money? ha!
my partner got electrocuted the first night i fell down the stairs as they were wet and we got dismissed saying there was no hospital!? joke! - oh and ye dont get wifi at all two computers which one wasn't working for most of the week.
the air conditioning is 7 euro per day which says free nothing is free. even the hairdryer they wanted 20 euro per day for use of it.
absolute joke this hotel is.
the rooms are okay i suppose but the sheets arent the cleanest and we havent had clean towels all week? fabulous!

there is however a 15 minute walk the most gorgeous restaurant called Georges. his food is amazing, expensive but it helped through the week.

again - dont go here dont waste your time or money or even health!

Room Tip: there is no tip the only tip is dont choose this hotel!

Is this all inclusive?! The worse I've ever experienced:
- terrible, obercooked food, poor choice, every day the same
- no wifi, air con €7/day,
-the pool bar does not exist to be honest. you'll find better, bigger selection of drinks in your own kitchen.
-There is none to complain to as the owner who is always around pretends to be just a local visitor - LIAR!

hotel had just been renovated, everything was spotless, rooms cleaned everyday, sheets cha nged and towels every other day. The staff are excellent, helpful and very friendly.and nothing was to much trouble for them when you asked for anything. Food was basic but plenty of it. The mini bus goes down several times a day who which is great. We are looking to book here again - and would you believe it you didnt have to get up early to put towels on beds whatever anybody went for a walk they never left towel on bed and there was a mixture of nationalities. we arrived after 11 pm and was greeted with a bottle of wine and a greek salad which was a great way to start our holiday very welcoming all staff.

Room Tip: we were on top floor overlooking pool next to end lift working at all times would want same room aga...
