The staff are rude and unfriendly. Room service is crap, they do not provide refills of toiletries (perhaps they should mention under exclusion - please bring your own toiletries). The TV is from the ancient times, a piece of Greek history!! Even tablets are bigger these days! The fridge comes empty. Tea bags are not changed perhaps since the beginning of time! Oooh and the highlight or should I say crucial WARNING - a couple visiting this place should not sit at at a table set for more thsn two as you will be promptly asked to move. Location is a positive - good access to the beaches. Good luck & happy holidays!

Stayed at this hotel in September 13. This was a weeks holiday following my sons wedding on Santorini the week before so for my son and his wife it was their honeymoon. We all arrived after midnight and we went to our rooms. Next morning my son told me that they were leaving because soon as they got in their room it was clear it was not safe for there 2 year old son. There were wires hanging from power sockets at toddler height, hook sticking out from the wall and no way to lock the patio door which he could open with ease that lead out to the cliff edge. Also they couldn't use the balcony as there was a wasps nest on there. They did go to reception soon as they saw the room and asked to be moved which they replied no they couldn't also they could not provide or would not a cot and even when they were informed that this was their honeymoon they got no help or compassion with the problems. We did stay but found the food was awful and only just warm, the spirits didn't even taste how they should which ever you ask for be it whiskey, brandy etc it all tasted the same, like perfume? Like other reviews the beach bar was not all inclusive it didn't even include coffee and there was a charge for sun beds. The staff I found to be very rude at reception I asked if I could change money there and was told quite abruptly no, I asked if there was anywhere in the village and they said no, which was wrong as a few places did. I also asked them to ring a taxi and it was like I had asked the impossible. Not once in the entire week did anyone of the staff other than the cleaners say good morning if they passed you. We have stayed in numerous all inclusive hotels all over the world but the hotel peninsula is by far the worst we have stayed. This hotel is in a great location and could be a very good hotel but the management need to sort their staff and show them what hospitality is all about. As other reviews state it is a very noisy hotel where the entertainment from the pool/bar area blasts out all over the complex.

We stayed at Peninsula hotel with a family and we really liked it .
Everything was great! Guys at the reception were very friendly and they helped us with rooms, because we came in different days and asked for rooms hat are close to each other.
The food at the restaurant were very delicious and it was all natural products. The service at the restaurant and everywhere were very polite and help with everything.
If you are going there with small children it would be difficult for you to go to the beach because there are a lot of stairs, but or us it was ok ;)
I really recommend you this hotel !

this is a good hotel with a beautiful location.
the bad:
the hospitality was avarge at best, the "bellboy" didnt even helped us with our luggage (if not for me at least for my 48 KG girlfriend) down the stairs, it was shameful that another guest helped us!! the bartenders were ok but boring, not like other hotels in greece. the food was avarge and the same for the 7 days we ate there. until 23:00 every night there were very noisy activities. there were no bar at the down pool, and every trip to get a drink was 60 stairs up and down. the bar at the beach is not serving anything but beer (we had the all-inclusive program).

the good:
we had free WIFI in the room!!! but i guess because it was close to the lobby...
we had a great room with a gerat view and all new furnture (but not all the rooms like this)and the house keeping was very good and very nice also.

for conclusion, we had a good time at the hotel but for allmost the same price we could have book a 5 stars hotel with a spa and better food and ext`.

i would recomend the staff to compensate with a great hospitality what they lack in facilities (like an in pool, spa, parking, more than 1 bar)

Room Tip: rooms 1000-1007. great view and a free wifi!!

Lovely hotel, wonderful views! Staff friendly and all spoke several languages! Food good, varied and always fresh. Entertainment stopped at a reasonable hour so no late night noise from the bar! Pity the same can't be said for neighbouring hotels! A choice of 3 pools , a sea terrace or two beaches. Nothing not to like! Would return!

Room Tip: Consider all inclusive as only a small resort and not much alternative nearby for food or drink!
