Simply Stunning. After being blown away with the location and of course the views, we chilled out to the personal, attentive service and fabulous warmth and hospitality. My fiance actually said that "I had played out of my boots" on choosing the Santorini Grace. It's a truly memorable experience and we savoured every moment - and your own private plunge pool and luxurious room helped that somewhat! And do the walk to Oia early one morning, and get back for breakfast around 11am on your own patio....it's really worthwhile.

There is no better way to describe the Santorini Grace than the word: PERFECT!!

My wife and I spent four unbelievable nights of our honeymoon at the Santorini Grace and we were blown away with our experience. When I was first trying to figure out where to stay in Santorini, I was torn between Oia and Fira---I am glad I picked Imerovigli. I found Fira to be way to touristy and very loud and Oia was far away and expensive.

The Santorini Grace is truly a boutique hotel. There are less than 30 rooms, two pools (including a brand new infiniti pool), a gym and a restaurant. The rooms are not very large but are very nice! The plunge pool is actually a jacuzzi but still great.

One of the best parts of the Santorini Grace are the owners--Joseph and Martina...they truly make your experience one of a kind. They are always available for questions, recommendations or pretty much whatever else you need. There is free wireless internet access at the hotel and they do have a couple of laptops that they loan out.

Another great part of the hotel is the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is very good and there are multiple options. The dinner....is FANTASTIC. First, the view, especially at sunset is breathtaking. Second, the food....AMAZING. We ended up eating at the Santorini Grace for 3 of the 4 nights we were there because the foods was so good.

In addition to the food, view, location and service---some other great things were the always helpful hotel staff, the complimentary shuttles to and from the airport/port and the complimentary glasses of champagne and fruit kebabs!

I would absolutely recommend this hotel for those looking for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to vacation!!

We've traveled around the world and the Santorini Grace stands out among the top hotels in the world. It's location, design, staff, service, food/beverage, etc. are truly the best. From our room at Santorini Grace we had the most stunning views of the Caldera and sunset imaginable -- it was pure bliss.

We stayed in the new Grace Suite and absolutely loved it! All of the rooms at Santorini Grace are absolutely amazing (with stunning views).

The people and the service are topnotch - it doesn't get any better than this.

I highly recommend Santorini Grace for a vacation of a lifetime. We'll never forget our stay there and hope to return.

Middle of August is a very difficult time for vacation. My wife and I had the possibility to be out of Athens for 4 days (3 nights) but wanted to avoid the crowds. We had stayed in other hotels in Imerovigli before, and new that hotels there could provide us a quite and relaxing time. We chose the Grace, after reading reviews both in Tripadvisor, and other local Magasines.

I contacted Grace hotel, and asked for one of their most private rooms. among the suggestions was the VIP suite, Room No 44 (dont confuse with previous report on the same room number, as after the expansion of 2008-2009 there was a renumbering).

The room was very spacious, featured a lava stone window and a double shower & steam bath, and a nice, private terrace with a plunge pool. Martina, from management, was kind enough to forward us some pictures of the room, since none were available at their site at the time of our booking.

We had a fantastic 4 days stay. We only left the hotel twice and that was for dinner (we had dinner once in the hotel). During the day, early in the morning we stayed in the pool area, and then once the sun was on our terace we would move there.

Every morning there was a complementary Champagne breakfast (I also recomend the pancakes with the chocolate - but try them with banana), we would have a snack delivered to our room around 3 in the afternoon, and then around 7 in the evening they brought us every day a glass of champagne!.

Dinner was very nive and romantic, enjoying a nice view of the Caldera and Fira.

Was very impressed from the service, the attitude of the personel, and of course the atmoshpere.

When we left the hotel, Martina, listened and noted some suggestions that we made for some minor improvements, and I liked that.

Only thing we did not like so much, having been to other hotels, of similar status (and prices) in the area, was the fact that there was a tray charge. I am a tipper, but I will tip as much and when I want to. Noticing the tray charge, it made me feel a bit... Anyway, when we left, although we had several tray charges to our room, as we were so happy with the staff, we decided to leave a tip for all of them.

We are definetely going back next year.

Finally, I would like to comment on the review about the cleaning of the plunge pools. They were cleaned every morning between 8-10. By the time we had our breakfast (we are early risers) our plunge pool was clean (and it was windy also when we were there)

We booked last minute for Santorini and were very lucky to spend 2 nights at the Santorini Grace. The hotel is excellent - wonderful location, great rooms, and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast is great: try the peach/nutella pancakes! Santorini is expensive but at the Santorini Grace you get good value for money.

Excellent hotel with an excellent view and most importantly excellent service...
The staff is always ready to help you in anyting you need...
Our room was a Deluxe room with a plunge pool (N.42). It is very close to the main pool and the restaurant. Very good position.
If I should find a negative thing about this amazing hotel it would be the 150 stairs we had to do every day to reach to the parking. It was a good exercise though....
No comment for the restaurant. We advise the pasta with lobster.
