We really liked the food in this place. The octopus was glorious! They have a good selection of wines and overall the food was flawless. The service by the waiters was friendly and attentive as well. The only thing that was a bit weird for us was the attitude of a lady, who I presume was the chief of waiters. While she was not rude at all, we did feel her answers were a bit too rushed and her attitude rather generic. I thought it was her being Greek but in other places we did not feel this vibe. I read a previous review saying "sometimes good food is not enough" and I immediately felt identified. For this reason we did not come back to Anogi. We really liked more Mezzo, which gorgeous food and better (maybe less pretentious) atmosphere.

We booked this restaurant after reading the reviews on her, and we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic for such a busy place and the orders were taken swiftly. Although there were people queuing for tables, we were not rushed at all.
There is no view, so all focus is on the food. Such a busy restaurant but such a nice atmosphere.
The food was lovely and fresh and very good value. Our cheapest meal of our stay! The seafood pasta and grilled prawns were delicious.

We have been there during our holidays in Santorini..! We had a very good dinner, but we really didn't like the staff attitude and the long waiting (they use a different treatment with people who have reservation).
Very suggested : Saganaky, Local tomato balls and Grilled Octopus.

Finally found some outstanding food in Greece! This was hands down our favourite meal in our short time between Athens and Santorini. We arrived very early after visiting Skaros rock, not realizing they opened at 2pm, which was definitely worth the wait. I expected it to be dry and sub par food like we'd had in most places, but after trying the seafood orzo and pasta salad, we were hooked. I truly wish we had known about this gem of a restaurant, we would have had all our meals here. The server was also very nice to us, very welcoming and not rude at all, and explained the restaurant name to me after timidly asking him.

The sign does not actually say "ANOGI", so it's easy to miss because we didn't know how to read the restaurant name. It's in the main square of Immerovigli, which is not very big, and can be easily missed, so make sure look our for it! There's also wifi in the square which is awesome for travellers trying to stay connected.
