“Lovely location, friendly staff”

Would reccomend staying here, 30mins walk to the old port in Fira, bus stop 5min walk away going to Oia (only €1.60 per person!) and very helpful friendly staff. Would not reccomend for anyone with mobility problems though as getting anywhere involves steps and slopes!

Christos and Elena, the couple who run the hotel are wonderful!
They are very knowledgeable about the island of Santorini, where to eat and what to do.
They have a great sense of humor and really care about their guests.
I would describe the rooms as basic with no frills but you are staying here for the breathtaking views. The sunset from their spot is amazing and just as good, if not better than Oia.
You can sit out on your balcony, enjoy a glass of wine and relax!
I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed at this lovely place for our honeymoon in 2009 (but the drop-down date menu doesn't stretch back this far). I've been busy with a baby hence the delay in posting. Whenever we think of our wonderful visit to Greece, this place conjours up the best memories. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Elena and Christos made us feel at home (arranging transportation to and from the airport), providing divine breakfasts, and giving great recommendations on local things to do and see. It really is a piece of paradise with outstanding views - you'll pinch yourself thinking you're dreaming! The rooms are simple but lovely at a much lower cost than nearby accommodation options. What more could you ask for - great location, breathtaking views and wonderful hosts. We will certainly be returning in the future.

This was a wonderful option, it was more economical compared to other hotels in the island, and I would argue that it had the best sunset view you can get!
When we arrived at the island, someone was waiting for us, who took us to the hotel and helped us with the luggage. There we met the owners (Elena and Christos) who were extremely helpful, answering any queries we had and recommending us place to go after we had described what we were looking for, and they nailed it!

The room could have been a bit nicer although, but for the price and for what we used it for they were more than enough, the towels were changed and the room was cleaned everyday.
I would recommend this hotel!

Before I start, Santorini is EXPENSIVE - take all your pocket money and don't worry about trying to get cheap as possible.

Good
Anita's Villa has the best sunset spot on Santorini - on the nipple of the curve so can get views in both directions just meters from the front door, with fore-ground interest.
Very quiet spot - hotels are little more spaced out here.
Fantastic service - picked up from port and taken back, at times that met the ferries, so friendly and helpful, nothing too much of a problem.
Lovely breakfast. Cheap supermarket very near, near Malteza church - buy wine and put in the studio fridge and there is a cheap sun downer!
So cheap given the location.

Not so good
Bed was so hard we didn't get much sleep!
Don't go in October - weather not good, we had thick fog one day!

We had the most fabulous stay at Anita's Villa, Helena and Christou made our Santorini experience unforgettable, everything from being available at all times to show us Santorini's secrets, to sharing a bottle of wine during sunset. Anita's Villa is the perfect way to experience Santorini in a leisurely, friendly and extremely comfortable manner!

Highly Recommended!

My husband & I stayed at Anita's on our honeymoon (which was July 2009, but it didnt give me that option on the drop down menu - sorry this is so late!). The owners were extremely helpful & friendly, Chisto picked us up from the port and drove us all the way to our room, we followed him down 96 steps (yes, 96) and over a ladder. The room was a decent size, there was a small kitchen with a little window that had the most amazing view, makes you want to sit at the sink and wash dishes all day! The bathroom was very small, for us anyway, we are tall people, struggle to not flood the place whenever we had showers!
Breakfast was brought down to your balcony every morning - they refused to let us leave on an empty stomach!
We also had the pleasure of spending a night in the company of Christos good friends and his Bouzouki. Fantastic wine, live music and great company.

Its only downfall was there was no pool for those hot Summer days when you cant be bothered making your way down to a beach!
