We stayed in the Thira Room, spacious and very clean, with a view that can't be beat. The kitchenette had everything you need. The location was perfect for us, away from the crowded Thira town. It is a few minutes walking distance away from couple of super markets and restaurants. However, what made our trip really special was Flora and her staff - thoughtful, accommodating, prompt, and super friendly. In fact, I have to thank the people of Greece and their hospitality for making my holiday so memorable.

By the way, if you like Donkey Beer but don't want to pay restaurant prices, head to Jimmy's Market Cava (one of the two market mentioned earlier). This was the only super market I could find that carried them.

Room Tip: Property is located in Imerovigli village, the highest point along the caldera.

Just came back form our second time staying here in this hotel. The first time we came 8 yeras ago and stayed at the Mediterranean room. We loved our stay so much that we vowed to return. We sure did! We stayed at the Agean room this time. The owner, Flora is the sweetest and loveliest lady. Love her! She will help you plan your stay and will give you all the best suggestions on restaurants and where to go on this Island. The view in this Hotel is absolutely incredible and breathtaking. Every morning that you'd wake up and open your eyes to this view, you'd feel like you're dreaming! The rooms are clean and lovely. Though the shower may be a bit challenging, but it's all part of the charm of staying in a cave house. SO no big deal. It's a beautiful walking distance to Fira. Coming back is a bit of a hike but we loved it since the views are incredible and we got a good workout daily. You'd need a car to see the entire Island but if you just want to chill and relax at the hotel, then you won't need a car! Overall, I would defintely recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Loved teh Mediterranean room! The best views!

How lovely I don't want to tell anyone this secret. Adorable! Beyond words for the view and our room the cave. Flora makes the stay what it is... A hostess who is Greek and a treasure. Her staff are efficient and full of smiles. It's a haven and heaven x

We have just spent a super week at Arc houses. Beautiful, clean and arty. Flora is a great hostess. She is very helpful and gave us lots of good advice. We would recommend Mezzo which is 5 min walk from apartment. Also we walked to Oia and enjoyed Katharos lounge. The buses are manic and timetables variable but good way to get around the island..................Gary n Ali.

We stayed in the Mediterranean Room at the Arc Houses in September. It is the largest of the rooms and was very spacious with a lovely private patio out front. The location is great--far away from the tourists in Fira with great views of the caldera. My husband had done a lot of research into places to stay on Santorini, and we picked Arc Houses in part because there aren't a lot of stairs there. The grocery store is very close by as is the bus stop. We ate dinner at Mezzo and the Blue Note which are both very close, and we enjoyed both places a lot. Flora was a wonderful host with lots of good suggestions of things to do. We walked into Fira one day and walked part way to Oia the next. Flora arranged transportation for us from the port and to the airport. This is a first rate property!
