It should be impossible to find bad uncooked pasta in Italy. Lets start with the ambience...the manager is 19 years old and clearly doesn't have the experience for this job. Pasta undercooked, ravioli with octopus was bland and rubbery. They spilled wine twice and waiter didn't speak English well enough to help with menu. The plants were dry, rice in salt shaker, sediment in wine and a film crew distracting the guest. Worse dining experience and extremely expensive. Don't waste your time and money. Last dining experience during our stay and was very disappointing.
