The wonderful young people who run this service have been the most helpful and kind we have ever dealt with. No question goes unanswered, always professional, and it's clear they have a passion for their town and its many wonderful facets. They organized for us to go to a small cooking class, run by a local chef/B&B owner. There were only 4 in attendance, in a small kitchen in the old town, near chiese Santo Stefano. His aunt - Zia Anna, was a specialist in making the local pasta, Oricchiette. She showed us through the whole process and encouraged our attempts with hands - help. We also had freshly prepared bruscetta and main meal of a local mackerel & potato dish. It was a wonderful night with gracious hosts, we could not have hoped for more.
We rented bikes for a wonderful day at San Vito, and we also were provided with assistance to rent a car. Seriously, there's no better place to help you explore this amazing area, we recommend totally.
