We stayed two nights during a walking holiday in Tuscany.
The room upstairs ,number 8 , was very spacious with a comfortable bed.
Solid floor but very thin walls( I hope our coughing neighbours seek medical assistance).
The restaurant offered wholesome rural fresh meals and served with friendly staff.
The pool area was very relaxing and a wonderful spot to relax after a day's walking but the general area needed tidying up.

The location in Tuscsny offered great views from most spots.
As it was early in the tourist season( our deliberate choice re milder weather) maybe these jobs were yet to be done.

I suspect that in a month thus facility will be very crowded especially with young families.

Spent 4 days in temperate May. Staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely spread out, thug there seemed to be a boiler or something going all night outside our room, but so tired it din't bother me. Restaurant good, but a long way from a lot of the rooms - we drove!
Other than the boiler it was lovely and quiet. Lots of families and a nice atmosphere, with many nationalities. For a superior room we could have had a bit more furniture in the room.

Room Tip: Rooms reasonably equipped - wifi throughout - and all seem to have a good aspect.

We used this place as a base to visit this part of Tuscany. It was an excllent choice - clean, efficient and friendly. It met all our needs. I would definately stay there again. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the fitness centre which appeared great.

This bed and breakfast is amazing. The working farm is spectacular, the restaurant top notch, the staff helpful and wonderful. I would definitely chose this again as a landing point for a Tuscan vacation. It is located in central Tuscany and was an easy drive to most Tuscan destinations. From the moment we arrived until my regretful day of departure, I knew that I would be back for more.

Room Tip: The only thing I could say negative was that the beds were very firm and the internet service was di...

We stayed here as the starting point to our walking tour in Tuscany. The property itself is nice, with a pool and panoramic views.
The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Waking up in the morning, even whilst being terribly jet-lagged, was a joy. Somewhat rustic in its decor, but that is part of the charm.
We didn't mind the walk into town (about 1 mile, which took us about 35 mins), but please do bring a flashlight if you are going to be walking the road after dark, as there are no lights.
Breakfast was quite ample and more substantial than just the typical Italian breakfast of coffee and cornetto. There was a full charcuterie and cheese plate, with various types of cereals and fruits.

This is a family hotel that has a 'camping' type of atmosphere and a camping style of cooking (daily meals are produced en masse and when we ordered, our courses were delivered within 2 minutes, suggesting that they had been massed produced in advance). The service was good and the location is very nice. We were, however, surrounded by families with masses of children. Nothing wrong with that, but we were not in our element.

I stayed here 15 years ago when I worked in Italy and remembered it fondly... in some ways it hasn't changed - which is weird ;o)

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day stay - very relaxing (yoga, massage, food, pool, sunbathing) - but it is also a good place to use as a base to visit hill towns and other sites in the area of Tuscany south of Siena.

I'd be tempted to go back for a week and allow a bit more time for chilling and walking.

Down side - the restaurant menu can geta bit repetitive if you eat in every night and most of the roomsare 1km from the main farmhouse (with the pool and restaurant). It's easy enough to drive over but if you want to walk there is a 300m stretch of road where you have to walk on the road. TAKE A TORCH (flashlight) for walking at night - It can be dark and cars may come up fast.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms are 1km from the main site
