A beautiful and small (about 10 rooms) hotel, far away from the crowded shores of Tenerife.
It is situated in a small village at about 10 km. from the airport and about 600 m. above sealevel which, in our case half november, also meant that the temperature was about 5' C cooler than at Los Christianos.
Near the hotel there are several good restaurants, as well as a supermarket (has fresh baguettes for 0,30 Euro) and an ATM.
The bar/lounge has free wifi, the hotel has a jaccuzi (not heated so very cold) and sauna, as well as a termal bath (we've used neither of them, so we can't comment further on that).
There is also a busstop near the hotel, but it is better to have a (rental) car.
Our room was good and clean, with an excellent bed (not too soft, not too hard and long enough for someone of 1m90, which doesn't happen very often), a flatscreen TV, a hairdryer and a large bathroom.
The breakfast was excellent as well: cerials, various kinds of fresh bread and every day a different 'egg dish' (one day scrabled, the other cooked, again an other day fried, etc.).
At the bar/lounge there is also some info about things to see and to do on Tenerife.More
