“excellent value for money”
Reviewed 18 March 2012

we stayed here may 2011, the hotel was very clean and the staff were the best we have had on any holiday. the food was cooked thoroughly and there were always something on offer that we all liked. the bar staff were brilliant and were very generous with their drinks. when we arrived our room wasnt ready for a couple of hours, but they still put our bands on and we were free to use all facilities. the rooms were comfortable and cleaned very regularly. i recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a good time in a clean hotel, which is excellent for the money. we will definatly be going back.

Room Tip: we had a sea view and it was much quieter that side of the hotel.

we have traveled to a lot of places over the years and have stayed 'all inclusive' for the last few years as we find it to be the easiest option.
although 'all inclusive' can mean different things in different places.
we stayed at this hotel as an extra last minute budget week with all the family, 7 of us in total from ages 20 to 75.
we were not expecting a lot but was pleasantly surprised, the rooms were ample size and clean, the food was really good and plenty of choice, at the bar there was a huge choice of drinks and they were served extremely quickly.
the only downside was the rather small pool area but we didn't have a problem as we stayed a week before the school holidays but by the end of the week the hotel was filling up with families with children, and the pool area became very crowded.
for what we paid i cannot fault the hotel and would go back again, but not when there are school holidays.

we stayed at the resort in May 2011 for 1 week, although situated on the outskirts of Santa Sussana we found the hotel just right for us. you need to be down by the pool very early in the morning if you are a sunworshipper who needs their sunbed as they were reserved with towels very early in the morning (7am). great bar service and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
the restaurant is located in the basement of the hotel and is a typical 3 star all inclusive, most people will enjoy what is on offer, others expecting 5 star food for 3 star prices will have a moan.
nice terrace area to sit and relax over a few drinks in the evening or there is entertainment available in the bar and entertainment area if that is your preference. varied entertainment in the nights including karaoke , quizzes , live acts and of course the mini disco.
returning again this year hope its as good as last.

We really liked this hotel, as a young couple most of the entertainment wasn't aimed for us however seeing families really enjoying themselves at the low cost yet amusing entertainment is very welcoming. Also the free bingo was a laugh. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly which made our week stay just after peek season very nice and affordable. The hotel does not have air con, not really a surprise with the low cost of all inclusive, you can however rent a fan/ fridge and safe, The fridge isn't the best takes a good few hours to cool a drink, but worth the 20 euros or so, The room was always kept clean by the maids, who were very hard working.
As for the food and drink, the food was not the best, but for what we paid we were more than happy with having cheese and ham toasties, ham burgers and chips served all day long. The rest of the food is edible but almost every day we went to the NU WOK in the shopping centre next to the hotel. Nu Wok is an amazing chinese restaurant it cost us around 9 euros a head for all you can eat. You select your raw meat (a variety of fish, chicken and red meats) as well as lots of raw vegetables and noodles which they cook in front of you with a choice of source. If you want to keep to a budget but not eat the all inclusive food, there is a supermarket in the shopping Centre which sells every thing you could ask for.
The drink at the hotel made the inclusive fantastic value, although is small cups, the pints of amstell were very nice, and the spirits were very strong to the point i had to ask them to only put a drop in. The cocktails were the same every day with a slight change of color if you were lucky, but you can't complain as the value was fantastic.
The area was a really nice location with the beach a 5 minute walk or as other have said you can get the free train which was always fun. There are a few restaurant along the beach which were all good however i could not locate any indian restaurant.
Best value hotel i've ever stayed in, would recommend it to any one who has an eye for value and isn't a snob. You get what you pay for and in my eye a lot more with this hotel.

Room Tip: We had a top floor room with a nice big balcony overlooking some farms.

I stayed at this hotel and wouldn't dream of knocking it, it is great value for money loads of kids so your kids will make friends very easily all the same sort of class of people go so anybody who thinks they are any better are so very wrong don't know why they bother go on holiday to moan I have never had a bad holiday yet, why... Because I know exactly how to have a good time and for the price this hotel always comes up at, how could anybody not think they have had a great bargain, some people think 400 pound for a week AI peak season is expensive well I would like to see them go Blackpool for that in a basic bed and breakfast hotel they would need a grand to spend as well, my advise don't nit pick and remember where u are and why u are there....to have a good time if u can't do that stay at home!!!

I stayed here with a friend just after our uni exams so we could
relax in the sun and have some fun!
The hotel was great, the food was wonderful and there was plenty of it! Our favourite part was the bar! The guys were friendly, the measures were huge and the different cocktails everyday were delicious!
The evening entertainment was great cheesy fun! We even joined
in for a bit of kareoke!
Brilliant hotel and holiday, would definately return!
