“An authentic bit of dutch cuisine.”
Reviewed 15 May 2012

We stopped in after a morning of wandering through the back streets of Amsterdam, and as would happen our fancy turned to some authentic Dutch home cooking.
We'll we couldn't have come to a finer example.
The Dutch Meatballs are a specialty and the Dutch Beef stew with gravy is quite unlike anything I have had before, but both were great hearty fare... and the surroundings a typical dutch tavern, albeit shrouded in Soccer paraphernalia.
The service was excellent by the burly Tavern Manager, a real gentle guy despite his size and gruff appearance.......Much like the Tavern...........highly recommended.

“A pub that does food”
Reviewed 22 April 2012

In the centre of Domburg this 'pub' does a range of straightforward food at reasonable prices. The burger comes with ham and a fried egg and the chicken and chips is just as you would expect. The service was friendly and efficient and our waiter spoke good English.
