We had a lovely couple of nights at the Tulip Villa section of the hotel. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent. We were within walking distance of the Old Greek House restaurant, a fantastic family run business which served some of our favorite meals in Turkey. We were so happy to stay away from the touristy Urgep, in a much quieter and traditional village.

Cappadocia Estates Hotel the top choice at the margins of historic Greek Sinassos (today Mustafapasa). Access to the town center is only 3 minutes walk. We stayed 3 nights in Tulip section, in an enormous 3-bed, 2-space, carved, luxurious and fully equipped.room with its separate court. The managing director was very very gentle and available each moment to help us. Undoubtedly, a place that the future traveler of Sinassos should stay!

The hotel is located in a characteristic village in Cappadocia, very nice and perfect as a base for 3-day visit in this wonderful place.

The hotel has rooms inside the cave very spacious, with attention to detail and very characteristic. The whirlpool is great.

What makes this hotel a perfect choice is the helpfulness of the owner and of his staff that are always ready to meet your needs.

I recommend Cappadocia Estates Hotel to everyone!!

Cappadocia Estates Hotel is a fabulous hotel in a historic village of Mustafapasa. We stayed in Sinosis, one of 3 parts of the hotel (others are Tulip and Greek House). The hotel upgraded us to a suite--2 huge rooms that were mostly carved out of the hillside (cave room), but was quite luxurious. It was a very unique experience! The hospitality was superb. We ate every night at the Old Greek House (part of the hotel) and had great meals with the lovely family who owns it. We would go back again in a heartbeat. If we had been able to block the light coming in from a small window over the door (to darken the room more at night) and if there were a fan or window in the bathroom to let moisture escape, we would have given this 5 stars.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking time to write your comments. They are precious for us.

Your mail is valuable as it points out to us that we could have been more informative during your check in and give you more information about the room and the facility. The bathroom has a very strong fan that clears the moisture in seconds.

As for the light, Villa Sinasos is a cave residence and away from city lights, hence it is rather dark at night. For the convenience of our guests, we placed lights in especially darker corners or steps, which can be turned on & off based on guest request. If we had known the light near your room bothered you, it would have been very easy for us to turn it off or dim it.

We are sorry if these caused an inconvenience for you and we look forward to seeing you and your friends at our hotel again in the future. We promise we will be more informative at the check in.

Kind Regards,

Yunus Yilmaz
Manager

Service, accommodations, breakfast were all excellent! Huge rooms and bathrooms, luxurious linens, and tranquility. We were on a family trip around Turkey and we were so glad we included the Cappadocia area and especially Cappadocia Estates. We also ate (twice) at the Old Greek House - - delicious and good value.

We stayed for 3 nights in Tulip villa. Room service was perfect and the manager very helpfull and gentle. Every morning, we discovered a different and delicious turkish breakfast. Il was verry hot in Capacocia so a swimming pool would bee usefull. Mustafa village must bee discovered for its authenticity.Thank you so much for this days.

Room Tip: Rooms groundfloor near the garden are very pleasant.

We stayed there for 2 nights for our honeymoon and it was gem. Glad we booked our stay there. Our room was spacious with hardwood floors, comfortable beds, chairs, and a large washroom. Located conveniently to all of the major tourist attractions but maintains its small town feeling. The hotel boost its own garden, numerous terraces, and energy star features. It beats many North American resorts. We loved our stay and would come again. Highly recommended. Service was flawless..
