We were wandering around along the sea front and saw this lovely B+B and knocked on the door and the owner, Janice was very welcoming and showed us around her lovely B+B and gave us a coffee as we booked in for a stay next year. Really kind and really looking forward to our stay
in her lovely bedrooms looking out to sea!

Room Tip: All the doubles have fab sea views

We have just spent a lovely weekend in "The Ness" at the Beach Cottage. Very comfortable room with fantastic sea views and lots of character. Janice was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and worthwhile. Her breakfasts are really delicious! Beach Cottage is in an excellent position and we loved wandering out to see the dogs racing along the beach, then into town to sample the huge range of friendly and individual shops and restaurants. A very special place.

Room Tip: "The Ness" is good if you find stairs difficult.

About 25 yards from the beach and 5 minute walk from the railway station this is a great place to enjoy a short break in Teignmouth.
We stayed in the Anchorage room which has a bay window giving a panoramic view.
Room is large and very well furnished and maintained.
The owner, Janice, is friendly and welcoming and a very good cook. Breakfast is substantial with homemade jams/marmalade.
I am happy to recommend Beach Cottage.

Room Tip: Top floor has best views

I recommend Beach Cottage in the strongest terms. Our rooms were charming, attractive, clean and inviting, with the best of views. Janice is most welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast generous and good.
Beach Cottage is, of course, ideally placed, right on the sea front, a handy two minutes' walk from the Rly. station.

Room Tip: Ness is charming

Lovely, cheery room, beautifully furnished with all modern conveniences. Comfy beds and a large bath and shower with plenty of hot water. A panoramic sea view with morning light streaming in. Very convenient to the beach, the town center, the railway station and all buses. Our warm and friendly hostess serves a delicious breakfast and is very accommodating - she even made us sandwiches for an early departure. We highly recommend Beach Cottage.

Room Tip: There are four rooms all equally good depending on your requirements. One is a twin, one is a doubl...

A large and nicely furnished room, with a great sea view. An excellent breakfast and a very warm welcome. Handy for the town and shops, and good walks along the seafront. I will definitely visit again.

Really welcomed by landlady. Flowers on breakfast tables a lovely sight. Lots of extra touches like cakes! Access to good walks by the sea and country. Sea views are very good. On the flat and handy for town as well. Walking distance from railway station. Looking forward to visiting again as would definitely go back.
