We read the reviews on TA and, sure enough, the restaurant is tiny. We decided to use a bit of strategy and turn up around 8:00ish in the hopes that the early diners would just be finishing up. It seemed to work as we got a table immediately but within 10 minutes 2 others parties were turned away.
We were staying in Ingleton for 3 nights and we liked it so much we ate here twice.
We had the pizzas with salad side dishes. As has been noted before these pizzas are the thicker, wetter style rather than thin and crispy but we both enjoyed them very much. We followed that up by sharing a home made chocolate and hazelnut dessert which looked incredibly rich but was delicious and surprisingly light. We also had cappuccinos and a lip-smacking bottle of red wine. I can't remember the exact amount of the final bill but I remember it seemed outstanding value to us.
The service was mainly handled by two different young ladies, both extremely welcoming and efficient. The owner / chef also popped out of the kitchen a couple of times.
All in all... very good!
