This restaurant has been in town for some time now but I'd not got round to trying it for some reason anyway the day for that finally arrived and we as a table of six had a dinner reservation. From the outside it looks smaller than it is but inside it has a nice feel/layout rather than just a big open space.
I must be getting old as I forget what I had as starter and had to check back on the online menu, it was the Gamberoni which was good. I tried one of their Vesuvio pizzas and it was very good - so often it's possibly to eat soggy pizza base tasting of nothing but this was most acceptable!
What I really need to start doing though is writing reviews straight after as it's too easy to forget things - we drank both white then red wine, it would have been Pinot Grigio for the white...
Anyway, yes - I would recommend trying this place. On the day it was a little quiet but that's because it was a Monday.
