We ate here on our last evening in Scotland and it was the most fabulous evening. We sat by the window and watched the sun set over the bay. The wild turbot was beautifully cooked and the balance of flavones worthy of a Michelin starred chef. The dessert was delicious too and the service was very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend eating here. Book a window table if you can.

Good views across the harbour and excellent food. We had langoustines and muscles which were absolutely delicious. The staff friendly and excellent service. Wish we lived nearer!

Fine quality fish and seafood dishes that are well prepared. Above average Fish & Chips and locally brewed beer. Friendly staff and harbourview.

Friendly, casual upstairs bistro in the centre of town with great view of the working harbour. Good ALC including things like local mussels mariniere and prawn pots with Talisker. We enjoyed crab claws and local squid from the Specials, and then skate with caper butter and 'proper' scampi of fresh langoustine tails.

All well cooked, and clearly fresh, if not the most exciting meal I've ever had, but Mallaig is not over endowed and it was absolutely fine!

Had an excellent lunch here with friends. The fish was so fresh you could almost taste the sea. Wide choice and very good specials. It's not fast food and all the better for it
