We stayed at the beach and ate here almost every day. The food was fresh, the service was great and it was very welcoming. I would recommend the garlic prawns or shrimp, the fish soups, and the fresh snapper. A couple of the waiters can speak some English and will recommend drinks and food. One waiter who will really look after you is Freddy. There are other restaurants in the area that are fine, but Sharks seems to offer a bit more in overall atmosphere. Even though they just raised their prices, it is very inexpensive to spend a day here at the good exchange rate. We had eight people (5 adults/3 kids) drinking beers and rums and frescolitas during the day with a huge dinner plate each at the end of the day all costing an average of $50.00 - $60.00. I think our highest day, with a lot of drinking and the most expensive dinner options, was still only around $70.00 for eight of us.
