5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 May 2013

My family had a great weekend staying at this special place. We loved the personal touch Andrea and Valerio provided with the dinner, breakfast and sightseeing recommendations. We would definitely return to stay here in the near future to further explore the magnificent Granite Belt.

Room Tip: Family room with king bed and separate room with twin beds, perfect for our family of 4.

We stayed in the family room for 4 nights in April for a wedding. The setup of the room was perfect for our needs with 2 small children and the massive bed was incredibly comfortable. Andrea and Valerio could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It is a beautiful location and we didn't really have enough time to explore, so if we ever pass this way again we will certainly be booking back in.

Stayed for 3 nights in the family room. We had some special food requirements and Valerio elaborated some DELICIOUS vegetarian and gluten free 3 course meals every night. Would go there again just for the food!!!

The recently appointed hosts Valerio and Andrea had only been in residence @2weeks when we stayed in early March.
Valerio`s classic Italian cooking, based on only the freshest ingredients was great, but the morning coffee was 11/10 and worth going back for that alone!
The local wine list was a bit hit and miss, but I am certain Andrea will work through that with the same engaging style that she greeted my wife and I with.
Our room was very comfortable and the four post bed was a welcome sight after a hard day`s touring.
We have already booked a return visit for several nights in July. Enough said.

Stayed in the loft chalet with wife, 2 kids and my parents. Bottle of local wine provided (lovely and great touch), beautiful starry skies and such warmth in the welcome. Have booked our next stay and are looking forward to it.

My wife and I stayed here two nights to enjoy some bushwalking in the adjacent Girraween National Park and enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay however the Inn did not seem to be at full capacity during our visit so not sure how it would be when full but with only seven rooms it is not a "mega resort".

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hosts very pleasant.
The restaurant was not operating due to the owners looking to recruit a new chef so you have to drive down to the local tavern or into Stanthorpe which is only 15-20 mins away with many to choose from.

They did however provide a continental breakfast which was very enjoyable and prepared us for the day ahead.

We are looking forward to a visit again in the Winter to enjoy the colder climate and log fires.

We stayed for one night while on a short tour of the region. Our hostess Apolonia could not have been more helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The Inn is cozy and comfortable with all you need to relax after a days touring. The gardens were pretty with roses and awesome granite boulders. Our host Peters breakfast was superb too. Definitely worth a look and very good value for money.
