Eumundi Rise Bed & Breakfast
Ranked #7 of 10 Eumundi B&B and Inns
Reviewed 11 May 2014

We had been invited to a friends wedding in Eumundi over Easter and had no idea where to stay. We googled Eumundi and came up with Eumundi Rise B&B. After traveling 1000 klm from a western Queensland cattle station in severe drought, my wife and I enjoyed 3 days of perfect relaxation and unexpected hospitality. Faye is one hell of a host...she knows when to be there or disappear. She has an avid knowledge of the district and the best places to visit. Whatever, do not miss the bacon and eggs breakfast with mushrooms preceded by the freshest local fruit and a brewed coffee.....then walk it off with a short stroll to the Eumundi Markets just down the hill. This place has blood in its veins...it has a soul.

Room Tip: I imagine all rooms are good but we stayed in an end room with a spectacular view of timbered forest...

A return visit after some time - still Faye's warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, special treats in beautifully maintained room. Enjoyed the same great outlook, easy access to markets and surrounding tourist areas. We are looking forward to having another stay.

Room Tip: All rooms are good!

We stayed here just off the cuff. We didn't plan staying there on our tour but what a treat it was. Faye was fantastic as nothing was a problem. We went to the Eumundi market after a full breakfast definetaly recommended. Ended staying two nights instead of one then went on our merry way. Full marks to Faye for a well run and welcoming B&B. She puts the Queen in Queensland. Thanks again Faye. Paul Avril and Dave from Bonnie Scotland

My partner and I booked just hours before arrival. The owner prepared everything in a flash, all amenities are clean and in good working order. The place is beautiful.
I felt the owner was extremely hospitable and I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

This wonderful place was recommended to us by friends who live in the area. We were so happy to arrive at the B&B after a long drive and be welcomed by the warm and generous Faye. We stayed for 3 nights, slept so soundly and ate like kings. Her breakfasts were so generous we found we didn't need to eat again until dinner. The place is quiet and calm, situated on a rise - and has a lovely, lush garden that is full of birds - and we even saw a Kangaroo on our last morning (during breakfast on the deck). Faye is such a gracious and helpful hostess, that I wouldn't be surprised if she arranged the Roo to appear, too. We highly recommend Eumundi Rise.
Eumundi is a sweet village. We missed the Wednesday market - but hear that they are great.
It is only a short drive to Noosa Head and the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
