We camped here in December and without a doubt the location is fantastic with everything within walking distance and the mt bike and running tracks so close.
The front desk service was not overly welcoming and the facilities are dated and not overly clean. Certainly not the standard you get at other top 10 parks. I do think it is over priced for the facilities on offer.

This is by far the worse top 10 holiday park in the chain. Facilities are completly out dated and
Need full renovation. Service is poor. Staff is not freindly. You pay for everything (even the use of
BBQ which is free in other parks is being charged)

Not the first time we stayed in Hanmer Spring's Top 10 HP, so it means we were satisfied before. This Top 10 HP is certainly not the most modern holiday park of the organization, yet it has clearly built upon this so many years' experience. Accommodation are thus not the newest either, yet everything is clean and all one might need is available. The staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining very well what can be expected. The sites for the campervan are not as spacy as in other Top 10 HPs, yet more than comfortable enough. One is always close by all amenities.
The holiday park is not too far away from the center of Hanmer Springs, where all activities take place. Nearby one can start several of the local walks.

We rented a powered site on our most recent trip. This was probably the most fully booked campground of our trip. I thought the grounds were nicely laid out. The access roads to sites meandered a bit and there were mature trees, avoiding that parking lot look that many holiday parks have. Shower/toilet block was updated and clean and even though at near capacity, you would never know it because of ample facilities. And the views of the mountains in the early morning were gorgeous. Nice to be able to walk the Forest Walks just behind the campground.

We stayed in an upgraded two bedroom motel. Spotlessly clean, spacious, lovely comfortable beds, full kitchen facilities and sky tv. These are excellent value for money compared to other hammer motels and with the lovely atmosphere and children's facilities you get in a top ten holiday park. Good location to ditch the car and walk or bike to everything hammer has to offer.

The town of Hanmer springs is where the locals go to ''chill'', and I can see why. It’s a very green, clean and welcoming town, and especially the top 10 site. Not a massive site, which I think makes it even more special. Facilities were brilliant and the site is spotless, well done to all of the team there! Would love to stay again in the future. Oh and when in Hanmer springs, you must visit the Natural springs which is just up the road from the site... Stay here!!

This was our family of 4's first introduction to top 10 and we loved it.

The playground was great, including 4 wheel go karts for a small extra fee.

I loved their approach to in-bathroom toiletries. Instead of all those limitless bottles of shampoo and little bars of soap, they have liquid soap dispensers - a great environmental outcome!

Loved the big screen tv & large suite of stations. Board games to borrow for free was a nice touch too.

Had only booked for two nights but decided to extend to three based on the comfort of this 'old' but fine place. Hanmer springs generally was a surprising delight. (The kids loved the water slides at the pools, and so did we).
