After being away nearly a month our final stay was Cheltenham House which was such a treat we stayed another night. From the hot tub, to the annex in our room with armchairs and a table for our breakfast, to the billiard room which on one chilly night had the fire going. To our delightful hosts Len & Marie who not only help with our questions but what to do there and where to eat, they also hosted all the guest with a Happy Hour each night either in the billiard room or out on the terrace if it was warm enough, this was a great time to met the other guest. Everything is within a short walking distance. I would recommend this place highly to anyone wishing to stay at a B&B in Hanmer Springs.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The location is close to both town and walking trails. At 6:30PM each day, the host and hostess gathered with many of the guests to enjoy before-dinner wine. They helped us make a last-minute dinner reservation on New Years Eve. A huge and delicious breakfast was served in our room. Everything was fabulous.
