We stay 3 nights in this hotel. ( booking for 4 rooms)
1st of all, we select this hotel because we did not khow anything about hotel in this area and this hotel is the famous one for Thai residence because of long time launch. With theme park that they claim biggest one in Thailand.
The good thing is the area of the hotel which close to khaoyai national park and the hotel building itself has lots of trees. The room is little bit new redecorate. The room is average. The breakfast is basic. No speciality food. The dinner restaurant at esan fusion food is great but with Hugh price. (compare with restaurant outside, it's 4-5 times more) but by the way. The taste is great.
The bad thing is the water theme park in the hotel is very small ( the picture is very big) compare with jungle splash in phuket it's about 1000 times smaller. ( imagine like we want to seen the theme park but seen only 2 ponds with 2 sliders. What's a great feeling)
Another theme park closed to hotel. It's very big like hotel claim but almost 80% of equipment are broken and out of order. and like we talk the park is big. So we need to walk walk and walk in the great sunshine from station to station. Just to know that this station was closed and again this staion was out of order and again this station need to fixed. Just like our group walk alone in the jungle. And walk and walk.
The hotel pool is closed and has the sign { open tomorrow } what' s the smart one. Because one day after we walked to the pool for swimming and still see the sign { open tomorrow } AND again in the last they. Because tomorrow never come. So they can fix the pool forever. No need to open for guest.
For the price for this hotel. You can go to many good hotel in this area. DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISED. ALMOST EVERY EQUIPMENT IN THE HOTEL AND THEME PARK ARE LACKED OF MAINTAINANCE. FOR MY EXPERIENCE THEY JUST USE THE OLD EQUIPMENT WITH GOOD ADVERTISING FOR LURED YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. BECAUSE THE PRICE WE PAID. YOU CAN GO TO MANY GOOD HOTEL.

Worst hotel on my Thailand adventure. Let down by very poor bathrooms. Shower is like a simple hose and the sink only has a cold tap. Not great for shaving. Area is ok near national park although not walking distance.
I used the slide ONCE in the aquapark which is the swimming pool area in the hotel.I ripped the back of myself. Im red raw after it. It either needs more water or the use of a mat or perhaps a complete re surface . Either way its dangerous. My wife had the same red burn marks but not quite as bad as mine.
The prices in the hotel are very expensive even by Irish standards and tbh I was not happy with my experience qith poor service at our meal. Like forgetting our main course!! The chef by the way is good in the thai place and the phad thai outstanding...

This hotel left a great disappointment after our recent stay. We had been here before and really not that impressed with the rooms. But Life Park that is part of this facility offered all kind of activities for children of all ages. As we were going to visit Khao Yai with three children we wanted to make a stop at the Life Park to have a bit of fun as well. We checked the site of the hotel and the dedicated pages of the Life Park. They all promise a fun experience.
When we checked in it all seemed still ok. The lobby is completely new and looks good. Staff was friendly. We were accompanied to our rooms. They still looked the same old as always. Yes, we did not go for the more expensive option but usually at THB 3000 per night you can get nice rooms in Thailand. These rooms are definitely below the level you would normally expect at this price. But again, we knew this was to be expected and we decided to go for it as the activities options here were supposed to be really nice and extensive.
Two of our rooms did not have the water working properly. We reported this and we got one other room.
The children wanted to swim so we went to the swimming pool. Be prepared that you need to pay for the swimming pool (up to THB 200 for children, THB 280 for adults). Again, we knew this before but still I found this a bit weird. I do not know of any other hotel that charges for the use of their swimming pool. They have a few play elements in the pool and a big slider so I assume that was their justification for charging for this. They should have a look at the Centara Grand in North Pattaya. Now that is a beautiful pool and still free to use for guests.

The TV in the room offers a few channels. One of them shows the activities available at the Life Park. The children got all excited about these.

The next morning we headed to the Life Park. We entered at the Bowling facility. From there you can see only a few of the attractions so we did not suspect anything yet.

At the lobby you can purchase 'passes' to pay for the attractions. You can purchase e.g. 16 passes for THB 1920 or THB 160 per pass. Some attractions would cost one pass, others 2 or 3. They have a nice map showing where all the attractions are and signs next to the building show you where to go for these.

On the map at the lobby it showed that a few attractions where not available. But according to the board still many others should.

Wow, we were in for a real big big big big surprise. We headed over to the Kiddie Karts. For unclear reasons we were told that our children could not play there. I did ask why but could get a proper explanation. We found that a few other attractions also no longer were available and decided to ask for a refund on our passes. They gave that without asking much. It seemed they get many of these requests.
Other tourists were trying to sell us their passes. We were soon to find our why.

When we walked out of the bowling center and wanted to visit some of the other places (e.g. to have a horse ride for the children) we were told to make a big detour.

Then when we came around the corner after the detour we got a huge shock. Really nothing from the attractions map still existed anymore. Everything was demolished. It looked like a big explosion had destroyed the whole area. I am not talking about a small section, probably half or two third of the grounds were destroyed. All attractions were gone. That includes KIDDIE BUMPER BOATS, SCENIC COWBOY TOWN, INFLATABLE LAND, PONY PONY, EVERSLIDE, Nano Racing, Zorb, BugXster Rally, 4D ATV's, Balloon,......
I don't mean these were just removed or so but the whole area was turned into a disaster.

This is a total shame and one should not be allowed to advertise this like this anymore. You would wonder how management of this facility can actually promote this with any good feeling about what they are doing. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We did complain about this all at the hotel reception. They just said sorry and "can we offer you lunch". They really did not get the picture.

We saved the day for the children by visiting Thongsomboon Club in Pak Chong. Not far away and so much fun for them.

The hotel is expensive for the level of the rooms they offer. The facilities at Life Park are basically down to close to zero. You can still play bowling.

A total perfect disappointment.

Room Tip: Tip for a good room: go to a different hotel!!!

Skeptical when booking as a lot of negative comments. Most of these were unfortunately true. Good things : food for breakfast, clean room. Improvement; food lousy at the two restaurants, both variety and quality (people at seminars having buffets seemed to get much better food), life park was "torn out" and in a bad shape, seminar people knocking your doors in the morning as they did not have control where their people were living, horrible to pay a lot to be allowed to use the pool facilities, poor understanding of English language, high price for Internet usage (good Dtac had excellent 3G coverage !), too crowdy, limited hot water in the morning !
Sorry - but this was the one and only trip to Greenery Resort !

The swarmed resort is always filled with a number of company/organization/government groups throughout the year. There are many rooms and conference rooms to serve the business function. The spacious space, green areas, and luxurious-look seem good, but they are actually not. Many things did not go according to what had been made with a salesperson. Coffee break and food were not good. Air-conditions in meeting rooms worked like heaters, and the additional requests were pretty costly. The towels were dirty and some rooms were reported unclean. Waiter and waitress were always around in the restaurants, yet they did not come to us if they were not called. Food in buffet lines was not filled unless it was not left. Staff was not professional enough, and they even sometimes looked unfriendly. The hotel is pretty miserly. Remember, you would be fined if the thin plastic key card is lost!

Room Tip: Building A and B have just been reconstructed, so the room are quite new.
