During mid April we went to this resort, the room was smelly dirty and run down the room cost 4500 Thai baht and electricity keep going out, No mosquito net so can't open windows, It's right in Thailand summer the weather is very hot. The beach and area of the whole resort is rundown and dirty.

Room Tip: Do not go there

Stayed for 2 nights. Should have looked at trip advisor first. Widows broken. TV no plug just wires into wall socket. Gaps in door walls floor covered with masking tape. Shower broken just on cold. No safety deposit box even though stated had pictures on their website no correct and even directs you to a different part of the island. I have stated Koh samed several times and this was the worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs......

Stayed for 2 nites January 2014. Though we had cracked it nice bungalow 2 double beds ,air con . Clean enough but they don't bother to change the bed or towels. We had a balcony facing the sea 2500 baht a nite . Beach below . Their restraunt is over priced but the food is ok. . Here's the bad part came back to the room at night for sleeping the bar next to us the regae bar was lowish music and rapped up at 2 and was bearable but the bar about 70 Meters away just ratchets up the boom bass on ots speakers facing the beach and it is unbearable even with cotton wool in your ears . We mentioned to to the staff then the manager then owner that we have not slept till after 6am . We got yer ok we see man in bar . We preside this and they said . Him say ok 3am today birthday . So we gave it a try cos the place was a location much sort after . All other beach hits facing the beach complained . But the same happened , such apathy even a laugh in Thai with their colleagues . Totally discussed with these Thai when a reasonable request was ridiculed , this just shows the mentality of these people , I am not a first time traveller to the east and find them not having a natural respect for any one who isn't Thai and even worse once they have your dosh , the mask is off and your second
class . These people don't understand a simple polite reasonable request ,don't give them your money .

The rooms are tiny and there is a sewage smell coming in the rooms.
The Beds are hard and the staff does not clean the rooms.
I paid THB 2,000 for the night without breakfast and felt totally cheated.
Please do not stay here at any cost.

The location is nice but u can dins other resorts like Summer Days which are in a good locations and well managed.

The hotel room stinks .Horrible hotel standard, old room with dirty sheets, the mattress were dirty and old . It was really disgusting overall. There was an extra bed left on the floor and I did not even have space to put my feet.

The location was good and the hotel surrounding area was pleasant . It was just that the room was terrible condition for £40 a night . It was a shame for me as the island was lovely .

Excellent location but plenty of mosquitos in the garden grounds but thats nature Staff were friendly breakfast was served fresh to order.

I have found better options on the island the speed boat transfer was organised by the hotel which was fine but there are cheaper options to get to the island.

The room ww were offered was so terrible we actually checked out before even sleeping there. dirty smelly and very humid, with suer and mildew smell.
we ended up staying next door in another place.
The Hotel is packed day and nighttime with Russian tourists wearing speedos and animal print tongues, at best, with a sarong around them during the meals.
Dinner time show for Russian boat tourists from pattaya, invading the place with loud music and singa alongside. Unbearable.
Food is the worst I've ever tried in Thailand, especially the breakfast with next to raw eggs when we ordered boiled and ketchup in the omelet (?) wait staff are record slow even though we were the only occupied table. We asked for the check twice, waited 25min, nothing happened. Not until we started walking out, they stopped smoking and half sleeping around the bar and cam running with the bill, taking them ages to figure out our change.

If you're into the above, go here, oath wise I strongly advice you to avoid at all costs.

Room Tip: The standard is awful, probably in all the rooms.
