Stayed here recently on business.
Property seemed quite "tired" and in need of a refresh. Fixtures and fittings were generally not of a high quality; for example the ceramics in the bathrooms looked like seconds to me and had clearly visible flaws. Public areas in need of a refresh, repaint and recarpet. Rooms not well sound insulated; windows particularly did not offer good noise insulation, and given the town centre location this meant light sleepers may be troubled by noise
I paid €89 for one night, including breakfast. I felt like this was pretty expensive for the quality, and was not good value.
Bed good quality
Noise, from inside and out
Poor quality fixtures and fittings
Common areas need repaint and recarpet
Expensive for quality
