We ate in the restaurant of this hotel on 16th August 2013. Surprisingly good - we had been trying to eat in the Michelin star restaurant St Fortunat in the town but it was closed for summer holidays. I agrre they deserve holidays but was surprised that it was closed in the busiest tourist period.
However back to the restaurant in Hotel L'Oasis. Decor dark pinks and reds with a distinctly baroque feel.
Very pleasant staff. Food was very good value and would describe it as good but not amazing. We had gorgeous flambeed prawns coated in sesame seeds for starters - the definite highlight of the meal. Generous portions of everything else and the whole thing came to €60 including a kir royale, bottle of wine and additional galss of wine.More
