“Incredible staff”
Reviewed 14 May 2013 via mobile

My husband was working at the nearby NATO school on a German Base and his reservations were made for this hotel. I was lucky to accompany him on the trip and we absolutely loved this place. Our room was small and directly across the street but still comfortable and clean. Good "businessman's breakfast." We also ate both lunch and dinner meals and the food was great. The restaurant and bar in the basement of the hotel is really an interesting location. However, without a doubt, what I liked most about this place was the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be of assistance.

I an staying here for a month or so, the place is in a great location, very close to work, the food is fantastic, very big dishes, I never go hungry. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style, all you can eat and there is a Brunch on Sundays (after breakfast), also all you can eat. I will give it five stars. My room is always cleaned at the first opportunity, usually when I return from breakfast, the room is cleaned. They have helped me in avery opportunity, no matter what you need, their English is good enough to get the point across, and they gave me maps and directions, they even teach me a little German. There is a cave in the basement and is a really fun restaurant, they have excellent pizzas and really good food.

Highly recommended, close to Zurich, Stuttgart, and about three hours from Munich.

This hotel is situated in the far most southern part of Germany which I think is idyllic and almost magic with the forrest, beautifull houses and the countryside.

The southern Germans are very friendly, helpfull and really like to make your stay worthwhile. The staff of this hotel is just like that. Always helpfull and friendly, never too much. We just stayed two nights, ate in the restaurant twice, which was excellent (try the black angus entrecote or filet steak!). The room was huge, bathroom with bath and double sinks. Breakfast was delicious, fresh croissants and the ever friendly staff.

We Dutch people like to get good stuff at a resonable price. Well, this is as good as it gets! We payed EUR. 277,- for 2 nights, 2 breakfast and twice dinner at the restaurant and some drinks. I dont think get this kind of quality at this price rate very often. So yes! Stay at this hotel, you wont regret it!
