My husband, baby son and I have had the pleasure to stay with Minna and her family on at least three separate occasions and can highly recommend both villas.
When we arrived it was not obvious to us that the villas are both situated below where Minna and her family live. However, you cannot hear any living noise and you have a separate front door to come and go as you like. Every time we have stayed the guests in the other villa have been very friendly, but be aware the pool & outside area is shared.
Both villa's are spacious, well furnished and clean (we've stayed in both!). Miina kindly left some toys (& sweets) for our little boy in the villa and on a daily basis offered him (& us) fruits, foods and ice cream...her generosity is outstanding.
The entire family made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday and we now consider them as friends. They went ''over & above'' when we had a problem with the flight home and I will never forget their kindness helping us.
The location and outlook of the villas cannot be beaten on the island & there is nothing more relaxing than swimming in their amazing pool.
A car is essential.
Be aware that the owners do have two large dogs which they keep secured outside at all times, if you are not expecting them it can be a surprise. There are of course also lots of little kittens which we enjoyed feeding!
We will certainly come back & can recommend both villas :-)

I discovered this place by pure luck, and do not regret it.
The first time I was there was in 2010, returned in 2012 and most come back in the very near future.
Amazing place, great location, optimum quality/price ratio and most importantly a warm and sincere hospitality given by the owner and his family.
I have been in several places in Paros but villas Agnanti / Liogerma top all of them.
Fully equipped villas (in-door and outdoors). Its location offered us quiteness and beauty but at the same time situated near by port/town and a multitude of beaches. Large living room and bedrooms, a REAL swiming pool surrounded by a pleasant garden. My spouse and children were happy.
You will not regret it!
