Well situated close to the town centre but better in the day than at night as the street to the hotel is poorly lit and poorly paved and you have to walk past a couple of derelict buildings. The rooms are on the outside of the hotel so that to get from your room to reception you have to walk out into the street. There is not much security (perhaps none is needed as Paros was a nice island) but anyone could walk onto the corridors from the street. Staff were not as friendly as in other hotels. It felt like they were doing you a favour allowing you to stay there. The pool was nice enough but closed from 3pm till 5.30pm by which time it was in the shade of the adjacent buildings. We went down anyway and my son cut his foot on a piece of glass. Apparently a glass had broken earlier in the day and although we were told that it had ben cleared up we immediately found several large pieces and many smaller ones. Rooms look old and dated, beds were uncomfortable. It was a shame as the building has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of investment. Would not stay there again, try somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting room, had a boot print on the wall!! Dead cockroach outside the door! Room overlooking a grubby looking car park and the location is good but you have to walk up several unlit dark, quiet alleys - did not feel safe! Was supposed to stay for 3 nights ended up staying for one night and got the next ferry out of there the next morning!!

Room Tip: Don't go!

we're in a very tiny room on the top next to a kind of very dirty terrace where they keep the air conditionairs. they don't cloose this "terrace" with key so we couldn't sleep in all night 'cause the was very windy and the door was so noisy all the time and we had to block it with a chair!!our stay has been a completely mess...we found nobody at recepcion at any time, breakfast is very poor (without fresh bread and even if you want water you have to pay for it!). The swimmingpool is not very clean

My early season visit had me thinking I was the only one in this hotel (I wasn't, but it was by no means crowded, which is puzzling as i had an excellent room, and they had an excellent pool (which it almost seemed they kept open just for me). They are obviously less used to British guests than most hotels, so a little Greek or a gift for sign language is useful. Breakfasts were fairly typical of a Greek hotel intended for Greeks, and as such quite reasonable. Location not bad, but do not take the most direct route from the port, as it is the dried-up river bed. Instead, go past the Church of 100 Doors, and keep straight on (as near as you can).
If you are staying over the weekend and hate church bells, choose another hotel!

Room Tip: Best view from the upstairs rooms, but when you open your door to leave, close your eyes; the sunshi...

I stayed here for 2 nights in Juen of this year. You cannot fault the location, its perfectly placed in Parikia - I walked off the ferry and found it fairly easily. However reception is not always open and I had to phone someone to get my room key. I was up on the top floor which wasn't brilliant given I had to lug my bags up there. The room was clean but very dated and the furniture had seen better days, as had the bathroom.

The bathroom did have a 3/4 bath though. Rooms could be a bit noisy, my first night was rather ruined by some considerate guest watching tv on fill blast all night long.

The pool is very pretty but wasn't always that clean, and despite its oasis like nature was a haven for bugs and birds, which didn't help with the pool cleaning. Didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment.

It was an okay place to stay, but wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of days

Parikia is still gorgeous as ever.

The hotel has excellent location, it's in the centre of Parikia just a short walk away from all attractions of the town.
The rooms are spacious but could be cleaner (this goes especially for the toilet). The breakfast was standard greek for a 3 star hotel, filter coffee, instant milk, white bread, ham and cheese, butter and jam. We hardly saw anyone in the hotel, the reception desk seemed unattended quite often. The feel at the hotel was more that of staying with a family. Two days there was no hot water at the room. However, our biggest problem with the place was noise. The rooms are situated around the garden with a pool and there's also a suite with a terrace looking at the pool. The guests at the suite used to sit at the terrace and make a terrible noise until late into the night. In the morning other guests would occupy tables at the pool for breakfast early in the morning - so for us that meant not much sleep. If your primary interest is location than this is good. If it is comfort go somewhere else.
