Look and feel of the restaurant ok, waiters and owners very kind and welcoming.
Food is ok but nothing spectacular or that I would never forget.
Good the appetizers we had, marinated fish and especially caponata with sword fish. Good tagliolini allo scoglio though there was less variety of fish vs. the description in the menu. Mixed grilled fish (arrosto di pesce) rather dry and not remarkable.

The place was packed. We waited for a desk and then we had to wait quite some time for the appetizers. The quality of the food was very good, new choices we had not tried before. Overall an ok experience but nothing to write home about..

Our tour guide recommended this restaurant which we visited for lunch during an excursion to the island. We had a house speciality pasta and found quality and quantity were both very good. The clientele was a mix of foreigners and italians some of whom were clearly locals.

It's not the cheapest option on the island or the nearest to the beach but worth the extra 150 metre walk from the main street. The staff spoke good english, important as we don't speak italian, and service was prompt and friendly.

This is a large restaurant frequented by locals and tourists alike. We saw one of the girls who worked at our hotel eating there (always a good sign). Attire was both casual and smarter and we didn’t feel too out of place in our not so smart clothes having just climbed Vulcano. We were ravenous and quickly ordered beer and water. I let the waitress choose my spaghetti - which turned out to a be a fabulous prawn thing, very yummy. My husband had a fresh tuna pasta served with fennel, raisins and pine nuts, which he very much enjoyed. A lovely local restaurant. They introduced me to a local Malvasia dessert wine which is so yummy I had to bring some home with me (note it is about €7 a bottle at the supermarket compared to ~€20 at the tourist shops).

The restaurant is located off the Main Street and we just loved it. The menu is extensive, the food is first class, the local wines and beers are lovely and the staff are very friendly and speak good English.

We enjoyed our meal here several times on our trip and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this restaurant. We will be back!
