We had not been to Ibiza before, and chose on the basis of revues, the four of us aged between 66 and 78 had a good week thanks to the great service provided by Pepe and his team. As stated by others room adequate and clean, food exceptional for the price of the holiday, the buffet lunch was one of the best we have had in recent years in Spain, fresh grilled meat and fish, potatoes and pasta , salads and fresh fruit, not junk food and chips! A/I drinks not bad and the wines were ok, the Cava was a good one. The walk into town along the prominade or along the river helps loose the weight put on by over indulging, lots of cafes and restaurants if you want an evening out ( cant think why you would) and some bars and hotels had alternative evening entertainment. A pleasant week spent which we will repeat again .

Room Tip: There are a few end rooms with sea views and the pool side has partial sea views. Second floor(top...

We spent a week at this lovely Hotel in late September. The Hotel is immaculate and the rooms are kept really clean, they are spacious and beds are comfortable, air conditioning worked & a lovely spacious bathroom.
The food was fantastic for fully inclusive, something for everybody a real variety. The alcoholic drinks were ok and you can pay to upgrade to the "branded" drinks rather than drink the local ones.
Staff were generally helpful & pleasant. The only downside to the holiday was the lack of entertainment in the Hotel itself, luckily we made friends and made our own entertainment, but they could really do with having a band/music on each evening. There is a lovely pub across the road called Titanic which we used a few times. The walk to the centre of Santa Eulalia is a bit of a treck, although wonderful views en route. The bus doesn't stop at the hotel in late season so it's around 25 mins walk to the centre.
To sum up, a great hotel, lovely holiday and wonderful destination..

Hotel stay was good overall, service with a smile, food was lovely although the only thing I would say is with the mould/damp in the bathrooms and rough bobbled bed sheets it was a little off putting and looked as though it may have been an excellent 4 star hotel which has just not been updated in recent years but could not fault it and would probably stay there again :)

Had a great week here at the Sirenis. A very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are adequate as your not in them long, could do with more (better) hangers in the wardrobes and some more draw space but maybe being picky. Food was excellent, put on loads of weight!!! Drinks as said before not the strongest, but they never are in an all inclusive. Having said that, the wife enjoyed a few "black russians" ( drinks that is!!) and wobbled back to the room. Hotel is at top of a hill, nothing too strenuous, nice for an evening walk down to the town.As said before , sunbeds are close together, so can get cosy, and people still go out early to save their spec ( then disappear for 3 hours!!) Blue stripe one are more comfy than white ones. We had top floor room facing pool which was fine but no sun during day. Pool isnt very big but i ca't swim so not a problem for us.Would we go back? yes!! see you soon Sirenis!!

Room Tip: top floor is best

Bit of a late review as we stayed at the Sirenis in August 2013. The rooms are basic and could do with a full refurb, they have been painted and touched up here and there but are quite tired. The beds are not at all comfy, they need decent mattresses.

Reception sofas are filthy but then the kids do climb all over them, not that this spoils your holiday!

The food was quite good, must have been because we both put on weight! Plenty of lamb and fish dishes. Always a good choice. Not above 3 star food but still enjoyable.

Main disappointment was the size of the pool, it's just too small for the size of the hotel. Don't plan to swim if there are children on holiday. Its great for kids, but not at all big enough when theres 100 people round the pool. The sunbeds are all very close together.

Drinks...It rained for 4 days when we were there, and I mean bucketed it down...so we sat in the bar. 20 gin and tonics later and we were sober as judges, they are definitely thin on the alcohol. I never saw a single person fresh all holiday in fact, let alone drunk. The drinks are beyond questionable. We did a test. We took a gin and tonic from the Sirenis to Pacos bar opposite. . We ordered a gin and tonic from there. The difference was clear. Pacos drink was a real gin and a real measure. The Sirenis drink was like water. So...if you want to get tipsy on holiday, either buy some duty free or book another hotel!

All in all, its a 3 star hotel at best. Decent food, small pool, watered down drinks. But it is clean and like everyone says the staff are friendly and polite.

Not suitable if you want some life ...the houses surrounding Sirenis are French owned and call the police re the music. So the hotel turn it right down or off!!! So much for putting the tourism industry first. Also a taxi from Ibiza town or San An is around 35 euros.

I wouldn't return but it didn't make it a disaster holiday.Sirenis is just ok, but no where near 4 star.

Room Tip: Pool facing rooms have better views

My wife and I spent another week here having first visited at the beginning of the season once again we weren't disappointed . We were remembered by most of the staff, who again were all polite and helpful, all areas were clean and the food was varied and plentiful. We intend to return again next year as we have enjoyed our stays that much, the hotel deserves its disabled friendly status.

Room Tip: The second floor towards the hills quieter than the pool facing ones and has sun most of the day...

We stayed here 20-27 Sept and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The downsides were
* our room was basic, but adequate. The wardrobe was small and awkward to hang clothes correctly.
* many of the sunbeds round the pool have broken struts and need replacing. This makes them uncomfortable - needs some foam pads that they can place on each sunbed.
* paid for a weeks use of internet, but it was very hit and miss as to whether stayed connected

On the upside:
* the food was absolutely fantastic, a very good selection and replenished frequently.
*I noticed a complaint about a couple only having one card for use, but we actually had two .
* only stayed in for 2 nights hotel entertainment - thoroughly enjoyed both - guests participated and there was a great atmosphere.
* staff very friendly and helpful

We just wanted a quiet week and that was what we had. We had a cockroach one night but that's hardly unusual when you are abroad.

Enjoyed it, but don't think we would rush back if we wanted to stay for a longer break. Would probably look for something slightly nearer the town.

Room Tip: Room 10 on Ground Floor has bit of musty smell when you first go in, but this dissipates. There is a...
