“Giving it 5 stars!”

Great hotel with a brilliant atmosphere. No idiots, just lovely, hard working staff and a nice friendly pool scene. Thought the food was outstanding - all the usual favourites plus some really great dishes. They seemed to cater for everyone really well. Only downside was the rubbish air con and the bad sound proofing between rooms. The location is perfect as well.

Had an amazing week here, the animation team are very good and very funny. I couldn't fault the food at all and it is easily the best all inclusive alcoholic drinks that I have ever seen. The hotel is easily a 4 star, rooms are nice, all the staff are friendly, pool is clean and sun beds are easy to get. We had the same sun beds for 7 days. Would love to go back.

Room Tip: All rooms seemed fine.

Having had such a fantastic holiday last year - we returned this year with my parents. All of the previous comments are a fair reflection, the hotel is small and friendly with everyone chatting around the pool and the bar. The staff are cheery and helpful in all areas and the maids do an excellent job. The drinks are fine and the food excellent - so much so the problem is putting on too much weight. The hotel is situated just outside the town center and it is a 10 - 15 minute (steep in parts) walk which if you are reasonably fit should present no problem and is actually quite a nice walk. Finally I had a massage at the hotel, which at 28 euro was worth every penny. This is a great central location with regular buses and ferries to all of the key attractions. This hotel represents excellent value for money and we had a really nice holiday. In terms of giving balanced and constructive feedback, two areas that could be considered are: (1) sun-loungers seem to be a little worn and can be uncomfortable when you lie on them for a while, maybe some cushioned support or renewed loungers would improve guests comfort (2) entertainment was probably on a par with other hotel but was not as good as last year (Marilyn was a real star). The night-time entertainment was in-doors which was a real shame as most people like to sit outside, however having ventured in one night to see the 'piano man' I was really impressed by how entertaining he was.

Room Tip: Overlooking the pool area or ground floor with young children

This hotel is more of a good 3 star and I'm not sure how it gets its 4 stars.
Firstly there is no bottled water served in the hotel, bar or restaurant, there is only tap water available, this is unacceptable in any hotel , never mind one with 4 stars! There is only 1 choice of cocktail available on all days, I was shocked to find out I had to pay for the only cocktail I drank all week, yes all the local brands are included but if you want a pina colada, daquari, mojito, cosmopolitan etc, you have to pay for them! It's the only 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in where I have had to pay for a drink.
The safety rail was hanging off in the bath and there was a chip in the bath, again not 4 star standard. However This was fixed first thing the morning after I'd complained.
We didn't stay in the hotel to watch any of the entertainment, 5 mins each night was enough, it was really bad.
Food was ok not bad not good,
After saying all that the hotel was clean and tidy, it's in a lovely area, only 10 -15 mins walk into the little town which is very beautiful, it has a lovely safe beach and a pretty Marina.
I'm not wanting to put anyone off this hotel cos it's not bad and me and my teenage daughter had a lovely holiday, just don't go expecting 4 stars cos it's only worth 3.

Room Tip: Room 104 is overlooking the road and the titanic bar so if you want a quiet room ask for another

Dear guest,

Thanks for choosing the Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta to spend your holidays with your daughter. We are glad to read you had a lovely holiday among us.

We have a cocktail menu available at the pool snack-bar which includes 14 options. Our All Inclusive formula includes the so called “cocktail of the day”, which is one of the cocktails available in the menu, and a different one every day. However, the bottled water is not included in our All Inclusive formula; the restaurant and the pool snack-bar use a water purification system (osmosis) with all safety guarantees.

We’d like to apologize for the fault in your room and hope your perception of the holiday experience changed after the issue was resolved to your comfort.

Thank you once again for your visit and constructive critics; we hope that you had a comfortable journey back home and to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in Ibiza.

Best regards,
Sirenis Hotels & Resorts

Writing this on our last day, as schools have broken up it's now too busy, but we've had a week of it being quieter (with our kids) and it's been great;

Resort - fantastic, low key for Ibiza but all the better for it - try Can Cosmi in town for great generic Tapas, avoid Mariners - overpriced

Hotel - clean, well looked after - maid service every day

Food - all inclusive good, tends to get dull after a few days but most do. Drinks are good and quick service

Entertainment - average, animation team try hard, Chakalaka is a character - could do with a few more things to do - table football, arcade machines maybe

Staff - amazing, all staff are brilliant - special mention to the young lifeguard (absolute saint) and Lubo behind the bar

We will return, but not during school holidays
