Spent a week here from 2nd to 9th August 2014 great hotel spotlessly clean and excellent food. All members of staff from the reception, bar, restaurant and room maids were so pleasant helpful could not fault it at all. Will defo be back highly recommended.

Room Tip: We had a room with a beach view lovely for sitting enjoying a pre dinner drink watching the sun go down.

We have just returned from this hotel after a two week stay.
After reading previous reviews we were a little sceptical. However the hotel was much better than we were led to believe.
The hotel is kept very clean and all the staff work exceptionally hard to ensure great service throughout.
The pool area is large and if you want to keep active with daytime activities the hotel entertainment team work hard to provide this.
The evening entertainment varies but most evenings we quite enjoyed what was on offer.
The air conditioning was a bit of an issue in public areas and did make sitting in the restaurant rather unpleasant at times.
Many guests did not realise that on Gala nights (Wednesdays) men are required to wear long trousers. This seemed to cause some problems for those guests who were unaware of this.
The wifi is very restricted to the reception area only.
We ate in the Italian restaurant during our stay and this was exceptionally nice and I would thoroughly recommend this as part of the all inclusive package. Food in the main restaurant caters well for English guests and there was always a good choice. At lunchtime all inclusive guest can either eat in the main restaurant or in the bar area.
On the whole this is a lovely hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay.

I have just returned home from what I can only describe as a disappointing holiday. There needs to be sunbeds around the pool and a better system as the hotel rule states "you cannot reserve sunbeds and your belongings will be moved within 1 hour of no return". This is not the case. To even get a bed you have to set your alarm at 7am hoping there will be one left; people do this and then attend the breakfast and do not return within 1 hour. When booking with Thompson it states that you have 1 visit to the pizzeria located at the hotel as part of the all inclusive deal. Again this is not the case. We arrived on a Saturday and were told we had to "book in" through the hotel reception which we did. However they were fully booked for the entire week we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant is only open 4 days a week we were told (yet it is open to the public everyday) and you are only allowed to dine at 19.00. They clearly have only several tables available at one time slot on 4 days of the week and once they're gone, you've missed the boat! To finish I was disgusted with the staff on the Wednesday evening when entering the dining room, in particular, Geraldine the assistant manager. My partner was not allowed to enter in his smart tailored shorts and shirt as it was a "gala evening" and the dress code was long smart trousers. We had no knowledge of this when booking our holidays or we would have packed accordingly. We were "supposedly" told when checking in (which would have been too late anyway) but we were not, nor was it mentioned in our welcome pack. The sign on the door states "smart shorts, polo shirts and t-shirts are acceptable". Geraldine argued that it meant "the rest of the week, except Wednesdays" but it did NOT say this and the sign needs to be rewritten if this is the case. To be refused entry and forced to eat elsewhere when we had paid for all inclusive is unacceptable. The assistant manager had no respect for us what so ever nor for the other 30 people refused entry. Her attitude was appaulling, finding no solution for the problem. She decided to ignore us and go into the restaurant where we could not continue our discussion. There were gentlemen in jeans and tracksuit bottoms being allowed in as they are "long trousers" yet if you are going to create a rule for smart dress wear then stick to it. In the terms and conditions when booking a Thompson gold holiday it explains that you "may probably have to wear smart trousers, a jacket and the ladies in a dress" well my first point about this is that it also "may probably " not be the case - it is NOT compulsory! My second point is that not one person was wearing trousers and a jacket and therefore no one should have been allowed in (if were sticking to rules). I will not be returning to this hotel and will definitely not be booking with Thompson again.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday here..... My husband and I, along with 2 other couples. We had a great time, all inclusive is fab. The food was great, plenty of choice and all good quality. The staff in my opinion are what make this hotel excellent. They are always helpful, friendly and work very hard. The Thomson production team were very good, and the entertainment in the evenings was good, much better than other 5* hotels I have stayed at. I don't agree with the comments about it going down hill due to it being all inclusive, and customers causing trouble. Some half board customers came back to the hotel at 4am making lots of noise and being a nuisance. Sunbeds were a little issue, if you didn't get up early you wouldn't get one near to the pool. But there were plenty of chairs to sit on. A special mention to Tom and Hayley, they worked really hard keeping people entertained during the day with activities, most of which we joined in and won prizes. We met some really nice people there. The surrounding area is quite small but lovely. There are boat trips, we took the ferry to Ibiza town for 19 euros return p.p. We also did the small road train too, which was 16 euros each return, it went to some lovely beaches with stops for photos and drinks. My only complaint was that the restaurant was far too warm and there was not enough seating outside. The hotel does need a little updating, but it never had any effect on our holiday. it was kept lovely and clean, as was our room. Overall we had a great time, and would definitely go back. Thanks Panorama!!

Room Tip: ask for a room in the far block overlooking the pool. Its quieter and sunny all day.

My daughter and I have just returned from 2 weeks in the Marina Panorama. We had been there before several years ago and decided to go back. All the staff are so friendly, so lovely and helpful. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but this was put right after the weekend. The rooms are on the small side, and the showers could do with updating. The public areas of the hotel are pleasant and the pool is fabulous! The food is really good too, although we stayed with half board, as we are not big drinkers! We didn't play any of the games by the pool during the day, but my daughter loved the evening shows, as she is not very mobile, and doesn't really like to go out and walk around the resort during the evening. Hayley and Tom were great hosts, and I thought the shows this year a great improvement on last year’s offerings- which were looking a bit tired! We especially enjoyed the Beijing acrobats and the ‘Mardy Johnny Depps’. We did go on a couple of outings- I love the hippy markets on Ibiza, and the night market in Las Dallias was fabulous. The one not to miss though is the Sunset Cruise- wonderful to see the sun going down and raise a glass of bubbly! We will probably be back in a few years, even if it’s only to see that famous waiter’s dance
