Really good location on the harbour, loads of local restaurants. Hotel was clean but not immaculate. Reception staff speak basic English but don't go out of their way to help. The pool is small and everyone puts towels on the beds very early in the morning, 2 of the days there were no beds left. Breakfast is nice and has a really good selection, something for everyone! Perfect for the 60+ but there are alot cooler hotels in Ibiza.

It was our first visit to Ibiza and the lovely resort of Santa Eulalia. We were checked in very efficiently by a pleasant young man and found our room quite easily. We had a first floor, sea view room which overlooked the marina directly from our balcony and to the right we had a view of the pool area. The rooms have been refurbished quite recently and the décor was light and modern with a king sized bed. Yes there was a firm, memory foam mattress, which was not exactly comfortable, as it took some getting used to. The bathrooms are apparently being refurbished later this year, but ours was quite adequate and could easily have been made better with a little extra bath sealant and repairs to a rusty mirror. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with towels being changed every day if needed. Yes as mentioned in other reviews, the walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbours talking etc. quite easily, which doesn't provide you with good sleep quality. There is a fridge in the room which can be hired for 3 euros.20 cents per day and a 10 euro deposit which is refunded at the end of your holiday. There is also a safe in the wardrobe which you have to pay for if you need it.
The dining room is light and air conditioned and nicely set out without being crushed. If anything lets the hotel down it is probably the food, as although we found something to tickle our taste buds each night, there was not really a great deal of choice as it is only a small hotel. What we did have was usually quite hot, but the choice of potatoes and vegetables left a lot to be desired, although the meat selection was quite good. The breakfasts were very good and everything was hot and tasty with a good selection to choose from. The waiting staff were not all that friendly or light hearted and I think a smile here and there would have gone a long way.(there were a couple of exceptions of course!), but the service was very good with plates etc. being cleared away very quickly. The pool area was very nice and we always managed to get a sun bed when we went down mid afternoon. Yes as at all hotels the towels were down in the mornings to reserve the beds, but there were plenty to go round whilst we were there. There is also a patio area away from the pool where there are lots of sun beds for anyone just wanting to sun bathe rather than take a dip in the pool. The pool is only small with an even smaller one for the children, but it wasn't used all that much whilst we were there, but the area is nice and clean and tidy. There was entertainment on two of the nights, which sounded fairly good from the bit that we heard. The entertainment was outside on a patio area that had tables and chairs and even a couple of large sofas. There is a large lounge inside as well and a smaller room for reading etc. The position of the hotel is perfect as it sits at the far end of the resort around the marina and within a few minutes walk of bars and eateries. There is a lovely spotlessly clean promenade that runs from one end of the marina right across the resort. Within ten minutes you can be at two beautiful, clean, sandy beaches and in the middle of the shops and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do and you can take the land train to Escana, but it is a lot cheaper to jump on a local bus, just 1euro.55 cents and it only takes around 15 minutes. There is a market every day in Santa Eulalia, just off the beach front selling all manner of leather goods, beads and bangles etc.and lots of good shops selling clothes, shoes and everything else you could need. The bars are really good and if you find yourself in 'The Square' this is where it all happens and you can sit with a cool drink soaking up the atmosphere and watching the locals and tourists alike, enjoying themselves. Santa Eulalia is a lovely resort and quite up market and I would recommend it to anyone. Es Cana is more child friendly and more like a British seaside resort. All in all we enjoyed our holiday at Tres Torres and would definitely go back again.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms have either pool view or sea view but a few do overlook the car park. Ask for a hi...

We have recently returned from our holiday and we stayed at this hotel for a week. Upon arrival our room was not ready for us and we was told by reception staff we can store our luggage until our room was ready. Whilst putting our luggage away the receptionist approach us asking if we would like to go stay in their sister hotel in Portinax as they had a nice little splash pool for children! We have a two year old son and got the impression they would of liked us to go stay somewhere else.We thought this was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome to suggest we stay somewhere else straight after arriving at the hotel and not even got a key to our room.
We declined to go and stayed for our week as planned.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the beach and restaurants (if you prefer not to have dinner in the hotel) and if you do go to this hotel with young children there is a small park just down the road from the hotel overlooking the marina.

The rooms are meant to have been recently refurbished, although the bedroom area was updated the bathroom although it was clean they do need updating.

Although this hotel offers half board we only had breakfast in the hotel as we preferred to go out for dinner. Breakfast was ok, giving you options of cereal, hot breakfast, fruit or cakes to eat.

The hotel has a four star rating but we would of said it is closer to a three star.

Some evenings the hotel puts on entertainment whether it be singers or drink tasting. The entertainment usually starts about 9:15pm so if you was planning an early night and they have a singer performing it can be quite loud and heard in your room.

Overall our stay was pleasant but we would not recommend this hotel for families with children.

We stayed at this hotel in 2007 and whilst in the most part nothing has changed the rooms were renovated this year and are now beautifully decorated and modern. The bathrooms are a little tired, but I understand this will be rectified this winter as will the pool area.

Fantastic location and a higher floor would be better for a view of the Marina and sea. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, but the evening meals were very tasty and varied. Bar prices were slightly more expensive than the town bars 3.60 euros for a pint.

All in all another fantastic stay and the family we travelled with also enjoyed it. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. We will be looking to book again!

Room Tip: Always request a sea view if possible it is worth the few extra euros.

This hotel is in a lovely resort. We stayed for 11 nights as a couple with a 1 year old. Although not really a hotel for children this was not a problem. They provided a travel cot which although well worn and rickety doubled as a playpen for the brief time we were in the room. We had a nice view of the marina. We did pay extra via Thomson for a sea view. The hotel looked nice upon arriving in reception, although it doesnt display it's best side when the coach pulls up. The room although refurbished was fairly simple and storage space with a little one was limited. The bathroom could do with an update as could the balcony and furniture on it. However these things were unimportant to us. The room was functional and clean. The bed was very comfy and the staff friendly. As it is smaller than a lot of the hotels we usually stay in there was a real friendly feel to the place and we chatted to a lot of the other guests.

As other reviews state the location is great, adjacent to the marina with it's shops, bars and restaurants and the there is a lovely walk along the promenade and around the bays. We didnt really use the pool area much as we prefer the beach. It was popular though and sunbeds were at a premium.

We took a ferry to Ibiza town ( 18 euros pp) which was great. The town is so picturesque in places. We also visited Es Cana on the boat ( 12 euros pp) a nice resort ( though we preferred Santa Eulalia), There are also 2 tourist road trains. One 'the Santa Eulalia Express' does a run into the county for a free drink, a trip up to the church and museum. Beware we got them confused and were disappointed. They leave from the same place and cost similar amounts.

The hotel food....although the variety isnt huge each night in comparison to some of the big hotels we felt the quality was on the whole better than many of the 4 stars we have stayed in. I am veggie and my husband isn't and we both felt the food was pretty good.

Overall, a great resort, a well located friendly hotel , reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend !!

Room Tip: Sea view, High Floor

We first visited this place in 2001, I can honestly say that it hasn't changed (meaning this in a good way), the place is very clean, very professional, the staff are great! Very family orientated, I went with my 8yr old and 13yr old, lots of children to play with, they had great fun.
If I have to have 1 criticism, it would be the food.... It is NOT great! ..... Infact we paid for half board, but after 2 day decided to eat out.. Surprisingly, the menu and food in the afternoon was excellent when you were paying, but the evening meal was a different matter.
But in general, excellent place, brilliant staff, food not so great.... But edible.
Good places around, mirage on the bottom corner of port, great food, great bands, decentish prices...
If I had to sum this up in short, it's friendly, vey clean and safe.

Room Tip: We had a family room, higher, corner rooms with sea view.

On arrival in the late afternoon we were informed that the grand suite we'd booked had been "double booked". After having been shown a room which was quite obviously not what we'd chosen from the hotel's details posted on their website, we had to wait for the manager to arrive. She made a deep apology and took us to a very pleasant junior suite which we accepted. We were offered the room at the lower standard room rate, complimentary half board, and the fee for use of the safe was waved along with the cost of three soft drinks from the mini-bar.
The reception staff tried to make our stay as good as possible in view of our disappointment.
Breakfast was excellent.
Cleanliness good.
Very quiet position with views over the marina. Short walk to marina restaurants, (el Corsario Negro the best). Also short walk to town centre.
A possible disaster was averted and would recommend this hotel to others.
