We stayed here from 30/06 to 7/06. We had two children aged 4 and 2. I have to say this place is perfect for those with small children as the hotel is well catered for youngsters. The hotel runs the 'animation' team who are on hand all day running various activities and an evening mini disco for the little ones.

We pre-booked a room with a sea view and we certainly got what we asked for The view was absolutely stunning and a joy to wake up to everyday.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was cleaned daily and always absolutely immaculate, which bearing in mind the mess the kids make of the beds is no mean feat!

The all inclusive food and drinks were great. We were worried about what the kids would eat but need not of worried, there was a very wide choice every day for breakfast lunch and dinner. The choice at the bar was even more impressive as there was a full choice of branded drinks and spirits all included for all inclusive - woo hoo!

The location is the only downside if you are looking for a holiday where you can walk to local bars and restaurants, as the hotel is remote, but we were more than happy with everything the hotel had to offer so didn't need anything else. The beach is 2 mins away and the shops are about 10 mins. The hotel shares it's amenities with the Hotel Cala Blanca, so you are free to stroll over to the shared kids pirate pool and play park, which are amazing for the kids and only a 5 min walk. We hired a car for a few days and soon got out and about, we even drove to San Antonio to show the kids the famous sun-sets, which was only a 45 minute drive.

We will definitely come back.

Room Tip: Pre-book a sea view room

We have just spent a week at cala verde and it was lovely.

The view from our room was beautiful and the room itself was clean and well maintained.

The staff were fantastic. Always really willing to help and friendly. They gave us milk each night for our childs bottle even asking if we wanted it warmed!

The food and drink was also excellent. The food was of a good standard and there was something for everyone. It also varied each night. The BBQ area was quieter than the main restaurant and served fantastic sausages. We also ate at the marina restaurant (you have to book to eat here but it's still included in the all inclusive) and the views are amazing!
Also snacks are served all day which was perfect for young children.

Variety of different pool areas to use, all were cleaned daily (alittle cold tho). We tended to use the pirate island pools as they are very shallow (we have 2 young children). My only complaint is that the bucket on top of the pirate ship (which empties water every 5 mins or so) was so powerful that young children were too frightened to use it! It would be better if that wasn't there. Anyway there's another small pool with slides that my two loved so it wasn't a problem.
The adults only pool looked heavenly and was very peaceful but didn't get the chance to use it!
The beach was a short walk and you could access it down some steps, down a ramp (good for prams) or past sister hotel.

There are 2 parks to use, both are quite shaded by trees which was nice and had all the usual park essentials.

Entertainment- kids loved the mini disco and some of the adult entertainment (in particular the Beijing acrobats) was fantastic.

Overall a fantastic family holiday, we would be happy to return!

So just leaving after an amazing 2 weeks at the cala verde. Absolutely amazing hotel. All the staff are so lovely especially the animation team headed by Jeffrey. He is so good with the kids and the shows are awesome. The mini disco is great for all ages even had me dancing every night. Defiantly coming back next year. Not 1 thing to complain about :-) thank you for a awesome holiday we will never forget :-) ❤️

So, just back from our week in the Envisa Cala Verde and felt it was only fair to write a review.

We arrived after a night of no sleep due to poor flight times. Going into reception, initially I wasn't impressed, but as soon as I walked out to the pool and saw the spectacular views everything got better and better, culminating in a fabulous holiday and a guarantee of us returning again.

Room:

Our room was more than adequate. It only had a partial view of the sea. I tried to get one with a full view but was put off by the €25 per head/per night price.

Bar:

The bar was brilliant. No local/cheap drinks here.... All top line spirits and beers (San Migel, Estrella, Smirnoff etc etc) special mention has to go to Toni and Carmen - good people...

Food:

Food was excellent, with plenty of variety and different themes each night. The snack bar ran till 6 pm.

Beach:

Lovely beach, with the clearest water you could hope to find. Just be wary of the elderly naked people at the end of it!

Pools:

2 perfectly adequate pools. The bigger one was used for water pool so be ware sitting behind the goal for high and wide shots!Temperature was fine (it was 32 degrees most days )

There is also a beautiful sun terrace if you use the steps to get down to the beach. It's really quiet there and the view is amazing.

Staff:

All great. The entertainment team work their socks off, cleaners are friendly and efficient, reception are very helpful.

Miscellaneous:

The sister hotel takes 10 mins to get to. It has lovely budda style sun beds in the over 18s only area.

The water park is great but is sat in between the hotels. The brochures lead you to believe its in the hotel... We only went once as it's off the coast and there got very little breeze.. Still a very good setup though.

We hired a car through the reception for the day and made our way round the towns before ending the day watching the sun set at Cade Del Mar. Worth doing as the island is small so you can see most of it in a day.

Overall, we had a fab week and will definitely be going back again. If your considering booking, just do it and enjoy.

We really loved Ibiza after spending a week there last year. So looking for a last minute deal we set upon this hotel and as the price was so good we didnt even check the reviews so you can image our surprise when we arrived at the hotel.
As you enter the reception the smell of flowers hits you, its wonderful. The check-in process was quick and painless but be prepared to hand over your passport for 24 hours which they do give you a receipt for.
So we make our way to the room, on the top floor, open the curtains and we are faced with a fantastic view of the beach and mountains in the back drop - couldnt fault it.
So All Inclusive - and what a choice in the restaurant - salads, cold meats and cheeses, hot meats, potatoes, rice, different breads, oh and not forgetting the Paella (most nights) and the children's section consisted of pasta and sauces (bolognaise, tomato), nuggets, chips, pizza etc, and then a variety of pastries, variety of cakes, ice cream, sorbet, jelly, mouse and a fresh fruit selection - they also have a BBQ in the lower terrace restaurant which just serves a few choices of food but a lot cooler and less crowded.
The beach is a good half hour walk along to get to the sister hotel the Invisa Cala Blanca where you can use all the faclities of this hotel with the All Inclusive band (which my daughter is still wearing and we have been home for 2 weeks already).
There are two pools (one for toddlers) but at this time of the year (May) the water was very cold but on 2 days did warm up enough for my daughter to spend the whole day practically in with her rubber ring and ball.
The evening entertainment was a little under par but didnt spoil the enjoyment of this hotel.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all.

Room Tip: Pay the difference for a sea view - its well worth it. Top floor also (only 3 in the complex) and this was the quietist room we ever had
