This picturesque and enjoyable walk can be as long or short as is wanted. It can be started from the small Historic Mill, the main road or the coast. We first walked here after visiting the church on the hill near Santa Eulalia and continued along the river past the ducks and cats being fed by a local gentleman. We continued to the reed beds and moored boats, read the interpretation boards, continued over the bridge and enjoyed a sit on a bench near the river mouth We returned to Santa Eulalia along the beach. Walking this walk for a second time, we started from the Old Mill, continued along the path under the main road, along the river to the bridge and after crossing the bridge we continued along the coast line to Siesta. This was a pleasant walk. The tourist Information Centre in Saint Eulalia has a leaflet about this walk and two others in the area. Blue poles seem to be the recognised Way Markers but there are also red, blue, green and yellow arrows painted on rocks when walking off the beaten track.
