“Great location, basic but clean and friendly apartments”
Reviewed 1 April 2013

I have stayed in these apartments 4 times now and each time i have been very happy. The apartments are basic but clean, tidy and safe. The rooms are twin or double but i believe all pool facing rooms are a twin. The pool area is nothing to shout about but the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. The rooms i have stayed in have never had air-conditioning but i think they do offer that service at an extra cost.
They have 1 computer to use in the lobby if required at 1 euro for 15 mins (approx) they also have a drinks machine and a bar downstairs too.
they are books on a shelf that other tourists have left behind that you are free to use or swap and there is a safe place to leave your luggage on departure if you don't fly until late. its free to use as its just a locked room (reception keep the key) and there is 1 shower you can use but you have to go into the mens toilet to use it. (the shower is a separate room with a lock on the door) The toilets are only really used by people on late flights so you don't need to worry about waiting to use the shower.
All in all i really recommend this place if you are on a budget and need a place to stay close to all the attractions. Sorry forgot to mention you are only 2 mins away from the bus station which will take you to San Antonio, Ibiza town and Es Canar etc. the bus is only a couple of euros where as a taxi will cost you about 20.00. the bust to San Antonio will take you about 40 mins to get there.
If you have any questions on Santa Eulalia or San Antonio or the clubs please feel free to ask. I spent 4 months there as a worker last year so know a fair bit about the place.

What a nice hotel this is for a two star hotel the rooms were very clean the staff were very nice there was only breakfast food in the restaurant but no english breakfast only continental but what i had was very nice and enjoyed it only thing i like to see was some decent tea bags as they were rubbish and i told them they needed to change there tea to something like Yellow label tea ! There was no dinner or evening meals in the restaurant but you could get meals in the bar area at these times if you wanted and were very reasonably priced too !

Would i go back to this hotel again even tho they had no english breccy you bet i would !

Room Tip: room over looking pool

We stayed here last year with a group of eight but this year just the two of us and everything was the same or better. Breakfast had improved slightly (hard boiled eggs every day!) and the staff even more attentive. If all you need is a clean place to stay then this is it. It is a stones throw from the bus station and resturant street and a short walk to the harbour/beach. Some people had problems sleeping with noise from traffic and an alarm call from a rooster and double glazing on patio doors would help this, but if you not like me and don't sleep through anything take ear plugs!

Room Tip: pool facing rooms larger but traffic noise more

Staff were extremely helpful and well-mannered and the cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. However, being made aware that this is one of the hotels on the island, we felt the installation of a lift to be long overdue bearing in mind that it comprises 3 floors.
Also, we noted from other holiday-makers comments that the sun beds were well past their sell by date. We certainly endorse this comment.

its has been many years since i have stayed at a 2 star hotel , and this trip has not put me off staying again at this hotel
the rooms are very clean and basic.Showers it has been advised before on other reviews .i agree are still not very user friendly
Location is near the Bus station, Less then 10 min walk to beach and ferries.a couple of minutes away from the resturant street .
The resturant tapas bar across the street .maybe a little more expensive then the resturant street
but it has atmosphere.
The staff I dealt wth were all very helpful and pleasent

Room Tip: Get a room with air con facing the pool

We visited hotel mediterraneo for 10 days in July 2012. Once we arrived we were greeted by a pleasant man that checked us into our room very quickly. The man spoke excellent English and was keen in ensuring we explored Santa Eulalia once we had told him we had never been before. We were given maps of the resort and island with a bus timetable and leaflets on what was available in the 10 days we were there. We were given an air conditioned room (€8.50 a day) which was definately needed due to the hot July temperatures. The room was basic, but VERY clean and couldn't have asked for more for the price that we had paid. The rooms were cleaned every day by a nice lady who also provided us with more pillows immediately when we asked her. The staff were very attentive and helped us with any problems that we had, for example the night before we flew back we realised we needed to print out boarding passes and the help given was great. The receptionist understood English and used the hotels Spanish computer to sort the issue out for us. overall, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The hotel is in the perfect area, bus stops (€1.50 to Ibiza Town), 1 minute walk to the restaurant street, 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean, the pool was clean with reasonably priced food, it was quiet with no disturbance during the night. it was just what we needed for a reasonably priced holiday to ibiza. would definately go back again.
one negative, please don't go to the tapas bar on the adjacent corner to the hotel unless you want to pay a ridiculous price for 3 pieces of raw salmon, each the size of a 50p coin! compared to the same price for the best 3 course meal we have had at numerous restaurants along restaurant street.

If you pay 2* expect 2*, the hotel was great with 5* cleanliness and really helpful staff, this is a great base , two minute walk to bus station, and too the restaurant street, with some excellent restaurants. a ten inute stroll to the fab beach, we found the room comfortable beds very comfortable and clean, showers yes a bit of a problem but thats the only negative for us, breakfast is a basic continental, thats what you pay for, enough to start your day off. We had a great time here and had a giggle, would go again, and guess what if its peace and quite you are looking for as a couple, its child free. would definately recommend it to others.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool , if you are not very agile request first floor as no lift. some rooms have ai...
