My wife and I have recently returned from our second stay at this 2 star hotel. Once again we found it very clean, quiet and efficient. It is literally 10 minutes stroll to the beautiful Santa Eulalia bay and beach and only 5 minutes from the town centre. It stands in a quiet location away from any outside noise. Perfect for couples as it has no childrens or other 'forced' entertainment. A couple of minor down sides-the breakfast is adequate but the coffeefrom the machine in the breakfast room is quite poor. And the bar has been closed so only canned beer or soft drinks available by the pool.We stayed on a B&B basis (no half or full board available) in a standard room. This meant no aircon which can be added for 8 euros a day. However this did not spoil the trip. But I would probably opt for the better rooms with aircon included next time.

Room Tip: Rooms over the pool are best.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to stay in the centre of santa eularia. The location is really great if you wish to spend few days, it is near by the main restaurant street and next to the bus station (perfect if you don't have a car). The room was simple but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and recommended us many places to visit.
I recommend this hotel for the "easy traveller" :-)

I arrived at the hotel very late at night and was quite unsure when I saw my room as to whether I was going to enjoy staying here. The lighting was gloomy which made the room look a bit nasty. However, the following morning when the sun was up, the room was much more comfortable looking. The room was a high enough standard of cleanliness and the public areas were more than satisfactory. Not much in the room but then how much do you need? Spent most of the time outside of it anyway, as that's pretty much the point.
The bed and pillows were very firm. Even though I have a firm bed at home, it was not that comfortable after a couple of nights. I made the mistake of not hiring air conditioning - this costs extra - and by the end of the week I was boiling in my room. I recommend you get a room overlooking the pool as this gets the shade later in the day and so the rooms seem cooler. The pool was small but enough for me as I'm not much of a swimmer. Needed it just to cool off really. The staff were friendly and helpful. And it was an ideal five minutes walk from the beach and seafront. There was a barking dog that drove me crazy though in a property opposite the hotel, and the road that runs alongside it is quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you. Also, found the walls were very thin and the noise of people slamming their doors, instead of closing them quietly, did wear on my nerves. Also, be advised there is no lift so if you find stairs difficult, don't book this hotel.
I would certainly stay here again, in spite of all these negative points, but at least I would know what I was getting in to. Recommend if you just want a bed, pool, and shower and are not too bothered about creature comforts or other people's noise. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it a 8 for what it offers.

Room Tip: Pool view as it cools down in the evening. Get air conditioning otherwise - room is baking hot if it...

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel at the end of May, the rooms are as basic as they get, beds very uncomfortable, the showers go from warm to extremely hot in an instant, which is very dangerous, the walls are very thin, we could hear other people talking in there rooms.

We had 2 young girls in the room next to ours, so could hear them get home in the early hours of the morning, we could also hear people moving around in the room above at all hours.

The breakfast was ok, but they had no butter for the toast one morning, and were told there would be none until the next day, which did not happen.

Only one hair dryer in the whole of the hotel, which I believe someone kept, so better taking your own

We would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone else

Room Tip: room 119 is on a very busy road

Just returned from the Mediterraneo and in essence it hasnt really changed in the 5 years since we were last there. It had changed management though and only opened 2 days before we arrived so there were a few teething problems but the hotel was still immaculately clean, breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were friendly and helpful if a little harrassed and by the time we left the pool area was back to normal having had a re paint and clean up however there was no pool bar or food service but this may happen later in the season but the whole of the outside and I think most of the inside of the hotel had been repainted and it all looked very presentable. Still in a good position and value for money for a two star. The thing which made it really special previously though was the manager and now Gabriella is not there it is just a 2 star base and although we would stay here again I guess we were spoiled first time around.

Room Tip: Rooms 207 was a great size overlooking a quiet little access road so no view but lots of space.

I have stayed in these apartments 4 times now and each time i have been very happy. The apartments are basic but clean, tidy and safe. The rooms are twin or double but i believe all pool facing rooms are a twin. The pool area is nothing to shout about but the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. The rooms i have stayed in have never had air-conditioning but i think they do offer that service at an extra cost.
They have 1 computer to use in the lobby if required at 1 euro for 15 mins (approx) they also have a drinks machine and a bar downstairs too.
they are books on a shelf that other tourists have left behind that you are free to use or swap and there is a safe place to leave your luggage on departure if you don't fly until late. its free to use as its just a locked room (reception keep the key) and there is 1 shower you can use but you have to go into the mens toilet to use it. (the shower is a separate room with a lock on the door) The toilets are only really used by people on late flights so you don't need to worry about waiting to use the shower.
All in all i really recommend this place if you are on a budget and need a place to stay close to all the attractions. Sorry forgot to mention you are only 2 mins away from the bus station which will take you to San Antonio, Ibiza town and Es Canar etc. the bus is only a couple of euros where as a taxi will cost you about 20.00. the bust to San Antonio will take you about 40 mins to get there.
If you have any questions on Santa Eulalia or San Antonio or the clubs please feel free to ask. I spent 4 months there as a worker last year so know a fair bit about the place.

What a nice hotel this is for a two star hotel the rooms were very clean the staff were very nice there was only breakfast food in the restaurant but no english breakfast only continental but what i had was very nice and enjoyed it only thing i like to see was some decent tea bags as they were rubbish and i told them they needed to change there tea to something like Yellow label tea ! There was no dinner or evening meals in the restaurant but you could get meals in the bar area at these times if you wanted and were very reasonably priced too !

Would i go back to this hotel again even tho they had no english breccy you bet i would !

Room Tip: room over looking pool
