Firstly, I am astonished how people actually go to this hotel having read the reviews and then complain its full of children. What do they expect them to do - stay hidden away and silent! If you don't like children go to an adults only hotel...
Anyway, my overall review of the hotel is it is first class, for what you paid anyway. I booked with Travel Republic and got a fantastic deal for five days and both my husand I and our 20 month old loved the place.
We had an apartment on the first floor which was extremely clean, spacious enough and had a lovely balcony which due to the layout of the building wasn't overlooked at all.
The pool area is spacious and well laid out, but due to the time of year fairly quiet which was nice.
We found the food to be excellent, with a huge choice and surely something to suit everyone's taste, but obviously not with the whingers on here.
We went AI and I would say it well worth the money.
To conclude, we had a lovely family holiday, in a family hotel which we paid very little for.
I wouldn't hesitate in going back, but we like to see different places.

We stayed here from 16/04/2012-20/04/2012 and had a great stay. We booked self-catering and topped up our fridge from the handy supermarket across the road from the hotel. Our one bedroom apartment was perfect for our 16 month old baby and ourselves. A secure and big balcony with sea view looked over the pool area.
There is a lovely heated in-door pool with jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The entertainment wasn't really our style and we tended to spend more time in town and on the marina. Santa Eulalia is a fantastic place with lots of bars and restaurants and two great beaches.
There are regular buses to other parts of the island for as little as E1-50.
This is a great place and we will definitely be returning.

We thought for the price we paid, the hotel was fantastic. Our request for a high sea--facing room was met and the staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The facilities were numerous and excellent and the choice of food at both dinner and breakfast was pleasantly varied and of good quality. We arrived out of season but had a brilliant break thanks to our choice of hotel.

Room Tip: Request a high-floor, sea-view room for a great view.

Stayed 10th April to 14th April. When we arrived we had booked a studio and we were upgraded to a one bed roomed apartment which was at the back of the hotel. The room was fantastic very spacious and very clean. We liked the back of the hotel because it got the sun late afternoon and evening. We were self catering , but paid for the meal in the hotel on the first night and it was very good. We ate out at two chinese restaurants in town, the best one being a buffet restaurant called the Gran Wok Oriente which was excellent. There is a supermarket across the road, but there is a larger supermarket called Erokti five minutes walk away which is very good value. We hired a car from Unirent organised by the hotel reception and were picked up and taken to collect it by the company to Es Canar. It was hired on a full tank basis, not a rip off when you hire from the airport.
The hotel is very nice, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The weather was mixed, but this is not surprising for the time of year. We would definitely go back to this resort and hotel again.

Room Tip: Do not be afraid to ask.

Stayed here from 6th - 13th April. 2 adults 2 kids. Perfect family hotel. Kids loved the activities. Weather fairly decent. Nice flat walk into town (turn left out the front door, first right, cut across the rough ground for a short cut to the harbour). Excellent helpful staff. We flew for 60 pound a person and the apartment was only £190 for the week so a full family holiday for four for less than £500. Book with confidence

The usual stuff - good choice of food and very tasty. Staff helpful and pleasant,
nice location, short walk from beach.

The hotel was spotless.

The towels and not free on all inclusive as advertised but cost 1.70 each per day.

Lounge area for 3rd person small but modern. Hanging space very small and only 8 coathangers. This was not a problem for our 3 night stay but if I was there for 14 nights it would be.

Would recommend this hotel and I would return.

Room Tip: I think most rooms would get the sun in the summer months.

Right then...first impressions...KIDS EVERYWHERE - great if you have kids - not so great if you are a couple & want a relaxing holiday!

The hotel itself - Looks nice, could be better with a bit of work. Looks better on the inside than outside so don't be too worried when you arrive outside.

The hotel apartment - nice. always clean. Don't expect a kettle & tea coffee etc, it's very basic. No special treatment. AND IT IS REALLY NOISY! I mean...really noisy. The first few nights I hardly slept. Make sure you have 14 euro to pay for your safe too!

The dining room & food - LOTS ON OFFER - but the food is SO COLD! There is a microwave by the bread stand - USE IT! I would not call this four star all inclusive food. And to get near the food is a bit of a task, you may need a cattle prod to get past the other guests!

The pool, pool bar & drink variety - The pool bar food is DISGUSTING - cheese toastie, chips, burger or hot dog, don't eat it - go to the shop opposite the hotel for snacks. The only let down with the shop is it does not sell newspapers, magazines or ciggies. The pool itself looks pretty, could do with a good clean but it's okay. The cocktails are horrible, we went all inclusive so there is not a lot of choice believe it or not!

The staff - they always seemed polite & helpful. The staff in the restaurant are RUSHED OFF THEIR FEET & VERY POLITE!!

Entertainment - HOW CAN PEOPLE SAY IT IS GOOD? IT IS DIRE! The kids that were there (at least 150 of them) loved it! There is only children's entertainment. Nothing to do at all in the evening! Thank god they had BBC1 on the telly in our room!

Indoor pool - HORRIBLE. Looks really dirty. Jacuzzi is dirty - nice bit of lime scale on the tiles there!

The town - it is nice, the people are nice. But when you have been round there once then that is it really, not much to do. Went to a fab Tapas restaurant on the marina along the promenade, go there! 10 min walk from hotel.

Look, overall the hotel is okay. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO GO, if you get a really cheap deal then you won't be disappointed, and if you have kids you will really love this place! I would not return, it is boring, REALLY NOISY & just a let down for a FOUR STAR! My partner shares the same views as myself. We prefer a bit of luxury to our holiday & less chav!!
