From the bellman, to the reception, housekeepers, concierge and checkout ...
it was all seamless and extremely pleasant !!! A great place to stay, excellent
accommodations and service that does not know how to say "no" ... Not in their
vocabulary !!! We recommend this hotel to everyone ... A real pleasure and find on
Ibiza .....

My 2 siblings and I decided to stay for 9 days as my birthday trip. We are from Miami Beach, Florida, and all know perfect Spanish. When we first arrive, the staff starts making fun of us behind the counter and we loudly say in Spanish "excuse me?". They continued to be extremely rude the entire stay. It is extremely over priced. Water soda coffee and tea are all 6 Euros. Ham and cheese sandwiches are 17 euros. Internet access is 66 euros. Spa access is 30 euros per day. The have a free breakfast but it ends promptly at 10 am and they rudley kick everyone out by picking up their plates in the middle of eating. They are extremely strict about taking food from the breakfast. I tried walking out after they kicked us out at 10 am finishing a sandwich and a bottle of water and they took it from me. It really made my vacation hell. They also wouldnt call taxis for us so it was a 30 min walk on the highway every night to a cab station.

We stayed in a junior suite over the last week of July and couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay there! Everything from the service to the guest rooms and even the grounds were impeccable. The hotel is also a short, 2 minute walk away from the local bars, restaurants, and shops in Santa Eulalia, which really has a local flair. Dining options at the hotel are also impressive - we stayed at B&B only, and the breakfast spread was top of the line. We also decided to try one of the onsite restaurants, Vinoteca, which, much to our surprise, was quite reasonably priced, and once again the service and food were excellent. I really cannot wait for my next opportunity to return to Ibiza, because I definitely know I'll be booking here again!

P.S. Order the Cava Sangria from one of the poolside assistants, it's the perfect, refreshing drink to sip on a lazy day in the sun!

Room Tip: If you're staying in a junior suite, block two has the best view, with the higher floors looking...

We stayed at the Fenicia for the fourth time last week and can happily recommend it .......we have stayed as a couple and latterly with our daughter (now aged 21 months). We had a family suite which consisted of two junior suites - fabulous big rooms with lovely marble bathrooms and large balconies overlooking the pool. We had the half board option and ate in all of the restaurants. The food cannot be faulted and the staff and service excellent. We were delighted to see so many of the staff still at the hotel from previous years. We love Ibiza and therefore like to explore the island and go to different beaches every day. We only stayed around the pool on our final day but were impressed with the childrens' facilties/kids' club. The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk into Santa Eulailia to the bars and restaurants or drive/taxi to nearby places such as Bambuddah Grove. The island is fantastic with trendy beach clubs and family beaches. The hotel bent over backwards to assist - Maria the conseirge was great and booked some great tables for us. We will be back next year!

Our overall stay was fantastic. Every part of our week long stay was catered for.

We got to the hotel early in the morning and they had our rooms ready in no time.
The staff were very helpful throughout especially Maria on conceirge who arranged a fantastic hire car for us on short notice

The rooms were fantastic and clean. Each room was bright and comfortable and had a lot of space.

The grounds were well maintained and looked beautiful. The pool was amazing and child friendly with a super life guard who was always smiling and being friendly.

The location was perfect as it was a small walk to the sea front and harbour. There were loads of great restaurants close by.

Our check out was quick and simple. The porter was fast and helpful moving our bags and looking after them till our flight.

It's a fantastic hotel and would recommend it to any family or couples luxury retreat.

When you are going a choose a hotel you have to know what to expect from it.

This hotel is excelent the rooms are big, with a nice soft bed and a lot of pillows. The WC is great with marble everywhere very spacious with a nice tub and vertical jacuzzi in the shower.

The service overall is very good, and you going a find some great staff in the restaurants, room service is OK and very fast.

The commom areas are very impressive with a great pool, big and beautiful and 3 or 4 nice restaurants.

When you book this great hotel you just have to keep in mind that you will need a car to go around, but I believe a car is very useful in Ibiza anyway. Its very quiet and more like a family and couple hotel, but this does not means that you can not enjoy the nightlife, you sure can do it, and I recommend to you to do it! After all you are in Ibiza where you can find some of the best clubs in the world. When you come back to your hotel you will found a great, quiet and confortable place to rest from your crazy night!

Room Tip: All rooms have views and varandas, ask for a top floor.

This is your typical large 5 star hotel that wows you with all the amenities however lacks the personal touch you get from a boutique hotel. At a cost of Euro 300+ a night we expected a little bit more / or a few extras thrown in (maybe free water in the room, use of the gym, use of parts of the spa, wireless internet) However the hotel seemed to charge you extra for everything you wanted to use or do, except the outside pool.
It also always amazes me how 5 star hotels can get some very simply things wrong like letting their maintenance team use a pressurised motor (that shook you to your bones) to water the plants directly outside the guest bedroom windows pre 8am....especially disappointing when it continued for a further 20 minutes, after we first called reception. Not the fault of the Fenicia but there was also a constant unpleasant sulphurous smell in and around the hotel that we think was due to the natural sea inlet at the back of the hotel.
To be fair to the Fenicia they were kind enough to give us an upgrade to a larger room as we were on the last 3 nights of our honeymoon....however I do wonder what we should have got for our Euro 300 a night?? The best feature was the buffet breakfast............an amazing selection to meet all tastes. This quality / value was not replicated in the pool restaurant.
Next year we will stay with one of the more boutique hotels and will leave this hotel and other large chain hotels for business only in future...................we can always pop back to use the 5 star amenities and pay like the rest of the hotel guests!
