We live outside Palafrugell and Kosa is a place we go to regularly for coffee or a drink, but to our shame it wasn't until reading the reviews on Tripadvisor that we realised we should also try it for food. The menu is tapas or plates to share but with an excellent selection of creative dishes - this isn't standard typical tapas dishes, but fresh dishes designed creatively and cooked to order with options for desserts too. Caprese salad on semolina bread, duck liver with onion marmalade, seared tuna with vegetables and langoustines in curry tempura were some of the highlights. Even the patatas bravas - a tapas staple - was homemade with care and attention.
