1. Location. Very beautiful surroundings and view! Public beach is just across the road. Also you can reach beautiful La Conca beach is 15-20 min by foot or you can use your room card key to access this beach by car (2-5 min).
2. Food. The hotel has good restaurant and pool bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast is ok, but it is very strange for me no fresh vegetables.
3. Noise. The most disadvantage of this hotel is noise in the morning!!! Every day at 7-30 one guy blow out pines needles with a special super noisy machine. It sounds like a big electriс saw. Two times a week another guy at the same time cutting grass with a huge track. It sounds like 100 boeings!!!
4. Check your hotel bills carefully. Hotel staff try to charge you bills and services that you never ordered. But when you tell them about this they never argue and decrease the bills.
5. Rooms. The size of the rooms is not the same. We had a normal size room with pool view (across hotel parking ;) ), but there are many tiny rooms in the hotel.

Room Tip: The best rooms is with pool view, but check the size. Some rooms have a big terrace.

When can a Hotel truly be called a Hotel. My answer to that is when you know without a doubt you are staying in one. This Hotel has, I understand, been in the family for many years, and it is very clear that from this, the traditions of a real hotel have derived.
All the staff, direction, reception, waiters, chefs etc. have the time and motivation of listening, answering, helping, with any questions or problems you may have.
It is so fine to have dinner served by excellent friendly waiters, with a good knowledge of the different dishes, and menus, instead of having to get everything from the buffet tables.
If the menu card did not have anything you could eat or liked, they were ready to ask the master chef it he make a dish you could eat and would like.
I can say no more, the hotel is superb, and the staff are tremendous. I can’t wait to be able to return.

Although this hotel has a great location and the accommodations are sufficient, they cancelled our reservation via a generic email the day before we were going to check into our honeymoon. When we called them they told us there was nothing they could do and that we would have to rebook (at a higher rate) using the booking.com website. Luckily we were able to rebook the room, and it ended up costing us an additional 40 euros for our stay. We will likely not stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night in June 2012 on a walking holiday.

The room was fine - a bit small but the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had an afternoon free so sat outside by the pool on sun loungers - a beautiful view of the sea.

We also had dinner here. Food was fine - nothing amazing though. Fideua was decent but we had better elsewhere - although grilled lamb chops were well flavoured.

Overall - a nice hotel, but it was just that bit too big and a bit too sterile to feel friendly. I wouldn't go back, although it was perfectly 'fine'!

I have stayed several times at this hotel. Great breakfast, marvellous location. The new SPA is also working fine. A good choice if you want to relax, enjoy good food and beautiful scenery. Nothing wrong with this hotel....

Room Tip: half the rooms have great sea views

At the end of its own drive and overlooking extensive and manicured gardens, the S'Agaro Hotel is luxurious and a delight. There is a super large round swimming pool, the views over the lovely bay are great. Public rooms are elegant and cool, the meals we had were excellent and the service was efficient and pleasant throughout. We were on a walking tour and could only stay for one night but we would like to return. I recommend the hotel as a place to stay and indeed to eat.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a larger bathroom as they are on a corner. Getting a sea view should be easy owing t...
