14 of us stayed at this hotel last night to attend a conference today and it was awful. It was the worst Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in!! The room was cold, very tired and in desperate need of a refurb. The restaurant was disgusting the worst food, service and cleanliness I have experienced at this chain of hotels. I stay at Premier Inns often and we had all driven from
Leeds after staying at the City West hotel to stay at Aintree and were horrified. Even the breakfast was dreadful. Being on such a popular site you would have thought the hotel would be up to standards!!! We will never stay there again,
