Defiantly cant complain on prices premier inn is everyones a budget hotel but staff are great here.
I cannot believe some people are moaning about it - go and pay £££££ for 1 night!
You know what to expect from a budget - not very good views, noisy luxury not 5* but this is all in the price
big thanks to customer service who helped when we checked in very fast.Local amenities in Liverpool near so fantastic all around! Would visit again when staying in Liverpool for a couple of nights

14 of us stayed at this hotel last night to attend a conference today and it was awful. It was the worst Premier Inn that I have ever stayed in!! The room was cold, very tired and in desperate need of a refurb. The restaurant was disgusting the worst food, service and cleanliness I have experienced at this chain of hotels. I stay at Premier Inns often and we had all driven from
Leeds after staying at the City West hotel to stay at Aintree and were horrified. Even the breakfast was dreadful. Being on such a popular site you would have thought the hotel would be up to standards!!! We will never stay there again,

We stayed at premier inn aintree and were really underwhelmed!
We stay at premier inns all over the UK very regularly and we were bitterly disappointed on this occasion.
We arrived and went into reception. There was no receptionist. There was another couple there waiting to check in. They had been ringing the bell for a while. Eventually a sullen faced male arrived and checked us all in. Not a smile or even a hint of apology or welcome.
We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed...there was crisps all over the carpet. The bathroom floor was sticky. Fundamental things that should not have been missed. When we checked out we asked the female receptionist a question about the rail station over the road and we were plain and simply told "i don't know"... Will definitely use other premier inns again as this is the first time we have not been fully satisfied. We simply will not be returning to this hotel again!

My recent stay at Liverpool's Aintree Premier Inn was surprisingly good. Surprising because, at a budget hotel, I would not expect the same level of service as would be the case in a 5 star establishment. The staff were outstanding, going out of their way to help and make our stay better. All other aspects were excellent too. I would definitely stay there again.

We have been to this hotel many times before but was disappointed to be told that no Premier breakfast or restaurant facilities available despite what is advertised on the website. A funfair was being held in the racecourse but we were not disturbed by this at all.
The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover though a thorough cleaning of the rooms would help.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Try to get an upstairs room on the side overlooking the racecourse entrance

this was traumatic experience. as an AOP on fixed income I made a promise to my mothers cremated remains in Thornton near Aintree. this £29 catch is fraudulent, as I paid £44 for 2 days [over xmas] then an extra £57 as there was no transport back home to Worcestershire. it promoted itself as bed and breakfast, but on arrival xmas eve, I was informed there was no breakfast facilities but only a breakfast pack of dried biscuits, dried fruit and a small orange juice.
